DeleteDon't give them the dollars until they give you naira and you count it to ensure you have your money. I prefer changing with someone in a shop than those standing by the roadside. If someone offers you a 'too good to be true' exchange rate, he is a fraudster and will have one of his colleague come tell him that the rate has changed after he collects the dollar. He will then try to give it back to you saying that he doesn't want to change at that rate anymore. Don't accept the dollars back, they've swapped it and will give you fake. It's better to recalculate and return some of the naira they gave you than to take the dollar back. Don't bring out your dollars until the agreed naira equivalent is in your bag.

Hmmmmmmm! so mine was during NYSC... I had this bobo I liked, but we hadn't defined what we had going because he was really struggling... I kinda suspected he had someone probably a sugar mummy, but wasn't too sure!!!

On getting there, I met him going to throw away waste bin and so I told him I would wait for him by his door....

I started getting uncomfortable, and I asked who she was, that's how this lady slapped me ohhhhh!that so, I am the bitch trying to steal her man, next she started calling her razz Friends to show, that she wants to teach me a lesson....
Luckily, the guy came back and broke the door and took me home....
He kept begging and told me, the lady was the one surviving him and all that...
Well, along the line he got a good job and yes I stayed back to taunt her for hitting a bottle on my head, I was very much ready for her after that day!!!!
This lady almost went crazy because, she was futting the bills when the guy didn't have, and she felt used because it dawned on her the guy never liked her...........
And yeah, I ended up marrying the guy
That's it.
After reading this, would you blame any lady who says no to broke jobless dudes?
Its worked for some and tanked for some. And it goes for both gender too. So one mold doesn't fit all. We mostly hear of those who walked away when the going got better. Those who stayed together just smile and thank God all is well. So let everyone do what works for them and hope for the best.

She did not even think the poster she punched upon could be a sister. That speaks volume about her husband trigling ways. The guy has been cheating prior to the poster encountering the dumped lady. She is naive to even trust a guy like that. if he could do that to that woman he would do same to her.
This reminds me of a friend who had a good job, a nice car and her own bought flat. She sometimes stops at an eatery close to her house on her way home and saw a guy working there and before you know what was happening, they became friends and he asked her out and they started dating. I was shocked but I was watching. He was an HND holder quite alright but his salary could not even afford the watch on her wrist. Dating a lady like her with that kind of salary would make him look like he was jobless but she said he seemed loyal and focused and he won't leave her. She said she would help him secure a good job. She connected him with one of her contact and he later got a job but guess what? the guy dumped her like later cold turkey style. I told her not to date someone below her she refused that she would help him make it in life... he has prospects and all that crap. a few years later he called to beg her that he has lost his job.

You guys should stop this uninformed advice. Yes, you can do two things: either change the date of your flight to a day before or a day after which you will be charged some percentage. Or cancel your flight completely and you will be refunded but with some percentage cut. It depends on the airline though. Refund is not immediately. It could be after a week or two but make sure you follow up. If your flight is in the morning then be early to be at the airport before the sit at home foolishness enforcement. Like get an UBER to take you there early dawn.

You will buy the house for the normal amount that the particular house is being sold everywhere but it will be on lease for some years like 20 years then you will give it back. but the owners says you can rent it out and make profit but after 20 years it is no longer yours.

Some one is saying why don't the owners rent out the house themselves and make profit instead of selling it to others and telling those who they lease it to rent it out?

ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful morning from my end. A thief was caught in the street this morning and this made my day. He lives and work with a block industry in the street.
He was caught when trying to steal his boss cement. He came with his bike so he can conveniently put the bags of cement on it but he ran out of luck.
It's so disappointing because no one suspected him. As a matter of fact, he's always the first to beat thieves when caught in the street.
Landlords concluded he's the one responsible for every stealing in the street. I remembered how they stole our big Gen last year, it was painful that we haven't bought another since then. The same person was the first to sympathize and curse the thief. Hmmmmm.
Will get more updates when I get home in the night jare. Truly, everyday for the thief, one day....
