Here's a group you don't want to be part of: 'In the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money...lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God' (2 Timothy 3:1-4 NKJV). There's nothing wrong with making money. Indeed, if you honour the Lord he will help you to make more of it (see Deuteronomy 8:18, Isaiah 48:17, Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:8).
But here's a Bible principle you must live by to walk in the blessing of God. When you have enough money to meet your own needs, you must be willing to say yes to God when he asks you to meet someone else's need.
If you'd like to conquer selfishness and become more generous, here are some steps:
(1) Give away something that you would prefer to keep. The goal is to break your emotional attachment to material things.
(2) Graduate to anonymous benevolence. Leave a needy person such as a senior citizen, a student or a single parent a cash gift in an envelope. Don't put your name on it, and don't tell anyone you did it. And no, you can't claim it as a tax deduction. But God promises to return it to you many times over, and in the areas where you need it most (see Galatians 6:7).
(3) Have someone you trust monitor your progress. Meet with them throughout the year and invite them to ask you not about how much money you made, but how much you've given away to help others. If you're serious about conquering selfishness, these are steps you'll be willing to take.

You know it that you are made for more but until you let go,you might not come into the fullness of a happy and fulfilled life. It might be safer to stay in there because you are scared but truth,growth comes with some level of discomfort which includes letting go off the things that kept you in captive. You can be used to abuse and trauma such that peace,love, joy becomes a threat to you. You can be more just let GO.

10:34pm I got a call from a number I didn't save, I picked and said hello but the caller never said anything , after 7sec the caller drooped. I later went on true caller and saw a name attached to a staff in my office.

I ignored the caller cos I said if it was something important the caller will call again. After all the days work I went to bed and another number called me at about 11:14pm when I was fast asleep 😴 I picked with sleepy eyes and the called insulted me by saying I should stay away from a colleague of mine, that inleft my old location and move to the same location with him cos he left my old area where I also moved out last month.

My reason for moving out was that the house was bad, light issue, local to some extend it was an old house so I got fed up and planned to relocate out of that place when my rent expires which he moved out before myself.

The new area where I stay now is because of the staff bus route, if I stay another area it will be hard for me to connect with staff bus and I will keep on spending much going to work.

The colleague she is referring to I have never in my life admire him as a liver or think of dating him. I only speak to him officially, have never asked him for money or beg him to dash me anything. I only meet him to talk to his boys to help me do any personal work I want cos he is the Head of weldering section and apart from that favour nothing else.

He has an official vehicle but I do not join him cos I respect people's privacy even thou he is nice, doesn't complain but still I do not abuse privileges. I have never visited his house that is even close to me, we have never hanged out, we have never had any discussion about hang out or anything. I am explaining so that you all will Understand why I am worried about this caller.

The lady in question is his cook and cleaner, though I know they have something but is their personal business as long as it doesn't affect my job. There was a time she held him to ramson cos of money he promised her and didn't give her as at when she needed it all this gist got to me when he reported the issue to my former boss who has been transferred out of my current location.

When it got to me I changed her wirh another person but after few days the man came and begged with tears in his eyes that he could not eat or sleep cos the girl hasn't come to work. He complained his food are not well prepared bla bla and after much beg we returned her back to him. I do not poke nose in her work except when it want to affect my own cos I manage the cleaners at my location.

She also made a statement that she knows everything about me and my former boss who happens to be my friend's husband that secured the job for me. His wife trusted me to have given my cv to her husband when he was looking for a secretary, so why will indo messy game when I knew this babe from childhood. We still communicate even thou he is in another state but still the same organisation, I forwarded the number to him but has not given him the gist.

I am worried cos of what is happening lately, I don't want acid bath because of a man I know nothing or have anything to do with him. Please what should I do cos true caller cannot lie wirh her name and the man's nick name at place of work. I don't want to fight her but I want her to know I know she called me and she should stay off, if anything happens to me she will be held responsible. Before she spoils my name in the company, I do not date my colleagues or sleep wirh anyone of them. She is diabolical so I was told.

Just kinda weak this morning..no get strength to stand up at all..am in bed sef..my wife forcing me to eat cuz she wants me to be fleshy. Now, since 20pm yesterday have been purging, I stopped going to toilet around 3am today.

So weak..she can't even go to work,had to force her to go and don't bother about me.

I was born and brought up in Anambra state.
What my Eyes saw there and what is still happening there, I always ask myself, if we are given this BIAFRA, can we live together peacefully?
My answer is full of doubt but each time I remember that Nigeria(Zoo) is not worthy to be called a country, I will tell myself we truly need BIAFRA. When we get it, we will manage ourselves.

There are so many things that bother me about BIAFRA, but I will list few.
1, there is war of supremacy between IMO people and Anambra people.
Enugu people see Anambra people as "over sabi or ITK"
Abia people is ready to play a fast on you as "nwa Aba" them be.
Ebony people, the other 4 Igbo States I mentioned above don't believe the Ebony people get sense. In Igbo land, if you mumu, they will tell you that you behave like someone from Abakiliki.

2, At upper iweka, someone will rob(nticha) you during the day and no one will come to your rescue until the robbers leave, people will now come to ask you what they collected from you and start showing you fake sympathy.
Let me not talk about the ones that obtain money from you if you don't use the pedestrian bridge instead of telling you to use the bridge, especially when they see you are new in the area .

3, some area in Onitsha, you can't walk freely there if you have innocent face, because they will obtain you (nticha). Is either you are a guyman and pass or onye mgbu and drop something.

4, there are some markets you will buy goods, if you drop it on the ground to find means to transport it, you will pay "ego ani"(money for land). Some you will pay different Agberos , like 4 or 5 before you get to the motor park.

5. Let me talk about Obosi and Nkpor people that if your roof is leaking and you want to fix it, they will come for you to settle them, if you don't settle them, they won't allow you to work.
Same thing is applied to people who want to repaint their house or build a kiosk for small business. It is applicable to people building house. You must settle Obosi or Nkpor people if you have a house in their community.

6. No Igbo governor have impress me. Bad road, no light, dirty environment and insecurity everywhere.
If they can't do anything as Governor, who will now do something as President when we have BIAFRA, since we Igbos now kill our own brothers that are true to the game?

7. Will I talk about umunna who don't have any atom of truth in their mouth or the umuada with their outrageous demands? Story for another day.

I will stop here because the list is very long.

All I'm saying is that we Igbos should learn to live together in love before we get this BIAFRA.

Also, if we need BIAFRA to work, it should be the only 5 Igbo States, because if Delta, pH, cross river and others join in this BIAFRA, it will still divide again.

I am Igbo and proud to be one. I love my tribe.

Your heart is one of the vital organs of your body, and should be properly taken care of.
So for you not to kill yourself, you have to take care of your heart

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEART.

1. Check your blood pressure regularly.
- If you have a family history of hypertension,do this at least once every month.
- If you are hypertensive, you should check your blood pressure at least once every day, while taking your medications.

2. Loose weight. If you are obese, you may consider loosing some weight as obesity puts your heart at a huge risk

3. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle,increase your daily physical activity.
- Try to walk around
- Avoid sitting for long hours.

4. Avoid alcohol intake

5. Avoid smoking

6. Eat healthy.
- You may reduce animal proteins if you are at risk of hypertension, or avoid it totally if you are hypertensive.
- Cut down your salt intake
- Take more of fruits and vegetables, with plant based proteins, while grains etc...
- Instead of taking Soda or juice, Take adequate water to always stay well hydrated.

7. Get adequate sleep between 7 to 9 hours daily.

Health is Wealth...also don't forget, prevention saves you and your health care providers a whole lot of stress.
