IJEOMAS GIST CORNER

UPDATE

This is an update on the evil woman that snatched the husband of the lady that helped her when her husband was in hospital.

E be like sey the jazz don clear true true oh, cos the man threw her and her kids out and unlike him, he hasn't gone to beg as usual.

So the evil woman is homeless now, the house she was living in before she moved into the mansion is no longer available for her. She and her kids now sleep in her shop. Shop sef don empty as e be sey na there dem dey chop, hahahahahahaha.

Her second name right now is confusion, no one In the street wants to assist or associate with her. Oga sef has been looking for how to get back to his wife and kids, but for where. Wifey don elope with another man wey dey helep her take care of her kids, though I saw her in the area last week and when i asked ogbonge news carriers aka the 'omazurus' of the street , dem sey wifey go go back to her husband sake of sey the begging don plenty.

Jazz do dey pay oh, now the evil woman don convert her empty shop to room, parlour, baffroom, latrine and power room with no one to turn to for assistance.

Trust area pipu na, na our turn to laugh wella and we're sure doing it. How the mighty has fallen. I wonder how and where she'll move her sef to once the shop rent expires. Instead of her to make peace and ask for forgiveness so that she can get a little help, she's busy pimping her 13 year old daughter. A child of just 13, sleeping with street touts just to put food on the table, wonderment.

Karma is real and has everyone's address.

Sad story!
Stop laughing at her please, I am sure she regrets her actions but how can she beg for forgiveness with all of you holy cows laughing at her? Dont you people err? Please help her if you can and forget her crime.

NAZIRITES INK

One of our new member has been away from church for so long, by the time I saw him, I couldn't recognize him, he had pierced his ears and had on an earring, he also bleached his skin. Haaa.. .isn't this too much? I queried myself..

When I saw him, I staggered, lowered my gaze and tried to walk pass quietly, I didn't want him to see me, in my mind, he would be embarrassed since he wasn't expecting to see me either, but to my shocking surprise, he called me and greeted calmly and I didn't have any choice but to respond and moved closer .

We exchanged greetings properly and I was amazed.

My husband was coming from behind, they greeted and dispersed. When we got home, I asked my husband how he felt about his appearance, he gave me a response I wasn't expecting. He replied that the boy tried, and because he had been away from church for so long, it is expected. He added that not acting weird or being unfriendly around them can draw them even closer.

Sometimes we judge people too hard forgetting there's still an atom of kindness in them, the appearance may change but his heart might still be good, he may stray but he is still pretty connected, sometimes all they need is more love, and it will draw them near..

PINKYS CORNER

Some years back, my grandma was sick for some months but later gave up, so she was taken to the village but the family refused to allow her children bury her because she was a king's daughter but grandma gave an instruction before she died.(Note: I was the one with her in the hospital when she told me to tell my mum and her younger one to bury her just two days after her death and not to be taken to mortuary).

The family refused and asked her children to build a house for their mum before they can allow them bury her because in that village, you are not allowed to bury anyone outside, it's either you build a room and burry her in or bury her in one of the rooms in that house built. After much stress, they agreed to build a three bedroom flat, mum took a bricklayer from Lagos to Ondo State(LG withheld). The guy spent a week plus, he has gotten to the linted level when I heard he was sick, I instructed mum to tell him to come back to Lagos and treat himself.

I called back the next day to confirm if he has gone back to Lagos but mum said he refused because he only has a day more to finish up and he has decided to go treat himself at a general hospital in Okiti Pupa but unfortunately that same day around 11pm, he gave up the ghost at the hospital. That was the beginning of my mum's problem. Grandma burial was put on hold for almost two years but during those days, mum went through hell.

The family of the guy started with us, mum's younger ones left her alone and no one came to back her up, I was the only one being the second grand child(I have an elder sister but her story for another day). Troubles coming from left to right but at the end, we got to the guy's village and we agreed to burying him, we bought one plot of land at his village, buried him with the agreement that, mum will pay the guys parent and the wife some certain amount of money but where can mum get all these? no where then we agreed she should sell her land which she sold for 15m,we then purchased the land, bought casket and did a lot of things, we buried him and gave the parents 4m, gave the wife and children 4m and that was how we solved that issue.

After all the stress, we got back to Lagos and mum fell sick and had Partial Stroke, we battled this for years and spent everything we had just to make sure she doesn't give up, glory to God, she was healed and that was how 15m vanished. On 3rd of January this year, her younger ones came to ask her about how to finalize their mum's burial (grandma), I laughed when she told me then I told her to go and do the burial, which she went and was successful, the younger ones was seen spending money anyhow and mum got nothing to spend but am happy she is alive.

Just two days ago, mum called me to tell me, they just called to confirm how to share their mum's property which I told her to leave those rubbish to them so as not to bring another wahala into the family because they left you to all the problems and now coming to talk about yeye property. Now, am taking the house document to them myself by next week (just a document for a 3plot of land at Ikorodu which has four bedroom flat on it) is that what will now make me loose my mum? abeg make them collect but mum is saying no.

Na wah oh.....

CHANGE OF NAME AFTER MARRIAGE

Please I want to ask my fellow blog visitors about change of name. I want to renew my passport and do change of name (got married) but the process is giving me and hubby headache already (emotionally and financially).

We are working towards relocation and some people say it's better if we both bear same name as it will make them give us visa. Hubby and I don't mind me keeping my maiden name cos this process looks like a very long and stressful one.so please my people help me out , does it really matter if I bear my maiden name ? Will it reduce our chances of relocating as a couple.

We've done court wedding also and have our certificate. The passport office said I need to update my NIN information also. Stella PLEASE HELP ME POST MY COMMENT SO I CAN GET ADVICE.....THANKS AND GOD BLESS.

who knows anything about this?

SIMPLE QUIZ*

There are only nine questions.

This is a quiz for people who know everything!
I found out in a hurry that I didn't. These are not trick questions.
They are straight questions with straight answers...

1. Name the one sport in which neither the spectators nor the participants know the score or the leader until the contest ends.

2. What famous North American landmark is constantly moving backward?

3 Of all vegetables, only two can live to produce on their own for several growing seasons. All other vegetables must be replanted every year. What are the only two perennial vegetables?

4. What fruit has its seeds on the outside?

5. In many liquor stores, you can buy pear brandy, with a real pear inside the bottle. The pear is whole and ripe, and the bottle is genuine; it hasn't been cut in any way. How did the pear get inside the bottle?

6. Only three words in standard English begin with the letters ' dw' and they are all common words. Name two of them.

7. There are 14 punctuation marks in English grammar. Can you name at least half of them?

8. Name the only vegetable or fruit that is never sold frozen, canned, processed, cooked, or in any other form except fresh.

9. Name 6 or more things that you can wear on your feet beginning with the letter 'S.'

    3. You do not need to have the same surname to relocate. Oyinbo understands that some ladies choose to bear their maiden names. I have not changed my last name to my husband's and we relocated to Canada last year even with the different surnames.

      Delete
    4. Poster, if you have any plan of immigrating, please don't do any mago mago. Follow the due process to change your name by getting an affidavit from the court and doing a newspaper publication before applying for a new passport or keep your maiden name and always submit your court marriage certificate with a letter of explanation that you kept your maiden name. Oyibo does not carry husband name for head and some keep their maiden name. I did my immigration with my maiden name until my passport expired while waiting for the passport request by the embassy. I got a new passport with my husband's name while waiting and had to send both the old passport I used for the application and the new passport with a letter of explanation when they requested we send our passports for the immigration visa.
Your proof of marriage is the court marriage certificate and not the name on your passport. It's people that didnt do court marriage and got married in a new generation church that is not legally authorized to hold weddings that should be worried.

My son woke up with a swollen neck yesterday morning they said it's shegede Tor! Meanwhile while we were in Abuja he was just dull which got everyone worried because it's unusual of him even food he didn't eat and we all concluded he was missing home or his dad until I saw his stiffed neck mtcheew school resumed today but here we are at home after much anticipation about this resumption, it's well.

Train service isn't bad at all, the ride was fun and top-notch service, no delay whatsoever, be ready to miss your ride if you didn't keep to time. 👏👏👏👏Heard there's Kaduna to Lagos now and it's 12hrs journey.

I don't really understand how people, ladies will go to the devils for help in marriage or anything.
The devils will never support marriage; it is God's institution and he will always oppose it.
The devil will make you a concubine but NEVER a wife. Not only do these jujus have expiration date
Once you go to the devil in mediums or wherever, you put expiration date on your soul here on earth.

That soul has gone to the world and nothing good is in there.
Yes, Love will win him back but what will keep him in the faith is the Word of God and he
should be fed with the true Word of God to remain saved.
Sometimes outward appearance is a signal of a deep seated problem. He might as well have become gay
to make ends meet. But what shall a person give in exchange for his soul?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Assistant Jesus, in as much as I appreciate some of your comments, you sometime place yourself in the position of God. Can you say how you know 'That soul has gone to the world and nothing good is in there', emphasis on nothing good is in there.

      Delete
    2. ****, I understand you but I think there's still some good in him, constantly showing him love and telling him about God can win him back, you never know. Deep down, I think he still loves God.

You all jump into conclusions without understanding.
I mean that nothing good is in the World. I am not talking about the individual soul.
A soul that has gone to the World from where he was saved, what good is he looking for in the world
      again?
Nobody is "assistant Jesus," please drop that.

  42. IJEOMA'S GIST CORNER

That woman is wicked. Even if folks forgive her, has she repented of her actions? To be pimping her under aged daughter means she is unrepentant, desperate, wicked and can pounce on her next samaritan.

To have mind and stupid confidence in the name of lack of accommodation to still live in same street after being disgraced and fall shows her state of mind; stone cold evil personified.

Instead of taking her children to her own village to run away from the eyes of people, she is there in her mind asking them what they can do?

I fear for her next victim. She will learn from her "mistakes".

    Pinky's
You're being cautious and that's commendable. You read their mind as they might be readying for a fight that might be spiritual.

You can ask them what your own immediate family can get if the plots are sold.

Find a way to balance your mom's and their stance. Your mom is not happy her 15m went.

I know that the agent probably took his share but I let him. After all,who dey work for temple dey chop for temple.

  57. The poster regarding change of name:

Listen, you don’t need hearsay for visa purposes but stick to the information on the visa’s requirement.
I’m married, still bear my maiden name and successfully relocated with no iota of issues. All you need is proof of relationship(for how long you’ve known each other & your marriage certificate), inclusive of (but not limited to) dated pictures, chats, call logs….etc
You can change your name in the future if you want, but I’m confident the name change is NOT a visa requirement.
Go on the visa page and read up the requirements so you can assemble the corresponding documents.

    Best wishes.
