  1. Weight loss due to emotional stress is always quick and lasts longer than dieting or anything. It doesn't have to be heartbreak or anything. I lost weight when I lost my parents, incidentally I was eating more and not healthy foods because people will bring comfort food and all. Now even diet and exercise can't get me quarter of the result. It is well. I pray for everyone going through one emotional storm or the other, that God will comfort you. It's only for a while, this too shall pass.

    1. I totally relate to this, I lost my Mum earlier this year, with her death I lost my appetite too. I lost weight so much within a week. My stomach that I did not think could ever be flat again post baby became very flat. I am still keeping this weight loss up by doing intermittent fasting. Loss of a loved one is not easy.

    1. Is it now a crime to go for vsg surgery? Should we mock people that do so, same way some of you mock women that have enhanced their bodies?

    2. No mockery there, she should just own up to her stuff instead of motivating people while she's doing the opposite.
