i disagree with you amarachi.good and solid mentorship helps one's destiny and life here on earth a lot easier!...its only lazy nigerians that go after money and fame.good mentorship has helped thise that value it.work hard in silence and let your success make your noise for you.many lack proper guidancr in this country(nigerian musicians inclusive) & thats why they are where they are today!...either they are acting rubbish just to be famous and have money...or they are singing rubbish just to have fame and money.money foreign celebrities are even better than the ones in nigeria.many nigerians are suffering from misplaced priorities.pls search yourself and find yourself first...dont let anyone find you.#case closed#

ReplyDelete- Don Jazzy’s ‘let me see what I can do’ is vague. You may not get money worth your time
- Kemi’s ‘role’ may be ‘waka pass’ or just a minimal role. It gives you some exposure, but not much.
- Otedola’s mentorship is neither here nor there because someone being rich trading in the oil business doesn’t mean he can give you invaluable lessons applicable in whatever field you may specialize in. For me and my field, I don’t think so, unless the mentorship comes with him sharing a part of his connections with you (but not all mentorship includes this)
- Davido’s collabo seems to be the opportunity that will give the biggest chance for self promotion. Wether the song is nice or not, people will hear it, and people will know your name.
