I asked a colleague of mine to assist me and buy dry fish from Epe and he did but I don't know to preserve it so that it will not spoil. I have deep freezer, don't have fridge that I can say let me preserve it there.
ReplyDeleteSomeone should please suggest best way to preserve the fish. I also want to know how to preserve stock fish too since the country is not smiling. Is best one buy much and preserve not necessarily too much large quantity.
Wrap the fish in newspaper, tie with rope to make it firm and place in a cellophane bag and place in your freezer.
