BBNaija Season 6 Housemate Angel Says Her Grand Mum Always Checked Her Hymen To Make Sure She Was A Virgin

Housemate, Angel, told Cross that when she was a teenager, her grandmother used to ‘check’ her virginity frequently...

She said this while discussing her experiences while growing up with her grandma.

Angel said, “There was pressure on me to not get pregnant. So she was scared. I remember she would tell me to lie down in bed to check if I’m a virgin. And that’s stupid because not every woman has a hymen.

“Some women are virgins and they don’t have hymen. I remember one time she made me swear that I was a virgin. I think I was still 16. There was a lot of fear, lot of anxiety, and a lot of everything.”

“When I was in high school, I went years without seeing my mum. The funny thing is I didn’t know my mum was my mum until I was a certain age. I thought my granny was my mum.”

Cross asked Angel what age she knew her mum and she answered, “I think I found out she was my mum when I was probably like seven.”

Earlier in the show, Angel had revealed that her mum had her at 16 and tried to abort her because of her grandmother’s advice.

    1. Allow people talk about their problem if they can. It help shape some and make them better. Filter, filter, be private, not everything one has to say as killed many

  2. She talks too much if you ask me. These informations are not necessary and I don't think she is saying to heal but for clout. I might be wrong tho. God help her.

  5. Angel, zukwanuike 😬.

Too much information just to get sympathy to win the game.. 😔

Mba, some talk should be private even if you want to "heal".

Public broadcast shows that the grandma didn't do all round training.. She was after your virginity while neglecting your talkative inclination.

  6. I had my daughter when I was 20 and back then I was very very naive. She is just 10 but if you see her,she looks like a friend ass girl. Her bum grows by the day. I really pray God helps me to direct her better than I turned out. Only thing my mom and I have been doing is making her engaged in church activities, teaching her sex education and the likes. It's not easy.
I made a mistake. May my children not repeat same please

  8. She reminds me of myself. I was with my granny till later when my dad came to take me. I didn't even know my mum until I was in my final year in the university. My step mum would always accuse me of flirting until I swear to her that I haven't been touched by a man. The pressure not to fall pregnant was too much. I don't know if it's because of what I went through but I am legit scared of sex. The trauma I am going through due to my childhood experience it's only God that can heal me.

  9. She tried to abort her.

There lies the answer where she got the speech, the shape and looks from.

This is an autistic child that survived against all odds.
    God keep you Angel.

    1. Please stop, just stop! Trust me, if Angel was autistic she would've mentioned it. Anything to gain sympathy for this one.

Besides, are u saying her mum trying to abort her is the reason she's pretty and shapely? WONDERFUL!

  10. I don't blame her Granny, the way she gives her self to men calls for concern, she is already suffocating Cross
