How the go they go?

In house news will be back on Monday with the names of the last 4 recipients of the 100k each business giveaway......

On Monday we will also post the names of all the recipients of the business giveaway. Some have updated me and sent photos on the things they have updated their businesses with..... I encourage you all that received the giveaway to do same so that i can forward to the Angel to see and be blessed by her/his blessing...This is not a must though.

Until then we go jam for tomorrow Spontaneous post where gist is easy.

Did you guys like the Language post? we have done Yoruba and Igbo so far...I don't think a lot of people these days can converse in their local languages... The igbo post comments were not much and the Yoruba post was also not much... na wah..Are our local languages dying?

Please new BVs ,note that you cannot just drop any comment you like on any post. Its been happening a lot.. this is not how we roll here... post comments that have to do with the topic or wait for in house news to comment freestyle or the morning spontaneous post... this is the reason these posts were created.

TEEJAYS CORNER

I'm beginning to believe that people who are normal in this country no plenty again. Na so yesterday I was strolling to my office after lunch and it was drizzling. A lady was walking beside me and a man coming in opposite direction whose body mistakenly touched the lady. What I heard next from the lady was " I think you don drink and your head no correct. "


The man stopped and responded, "you say wetin?" He picked up a stick on the road side, na so the aunty pick race and landed inside one barbing saloon close by panting.


Luckily for her, some guys were around and prevented the man from entering inside the saloon. As I walked closer to the point they were, I heard the man saying "na thunder for fire you today. You for see say my head no correct true true. Na your papa drink" I burst out laughing looking at the man. He then threw the stick away and walked away.


Some questions came to my mind. What if that man had hit her with that stick and she collapsed? What if he had torn her cloth in the process of fighting her?


You see, not everyone you see walking on the road is happy. Some are really frustrated with life happenings and will not take it being insulted.


Some are looking for whom to pour their anger on. Please be careful of people you challenge, abuse or even the manner you talk to strangers on the way. You may not believe the reaction you will get from them.


I've been a victim of this when I called a military man on mufti during an argument, saying, "see this mumu man ooh." I would have been killed that day but thank God the military man was a southerner. Even when he put a call through and a hilux came, the other colleagues from the north were speaking in Hausa and raining curses on me shouting "you bloody civilian." By then my two knees were on the ground begging. If not for the sake of one elderly woman who almost naked herself begging them on my behalf, they would have rubbished me that day I swear. My body for tell me . I no sure say I for fit sleep on my back or sit in a chair for two weeks. 


I settled them for their fuel before they left.


Pls learn to overlook and ignore some things in life.
