  6. Trying intermittent fasting helps with diabetes, people should read up about it. When you stop eating by 7pm at night, don’t take anything but water till the next day, you can take your first meal of the day at 11am. Diabetes is caused by excess sugar in the blood and Insulin resistance, when you don’t eat for a long period of time, the pancreas rest from producing insulin and helps with the insulin resistance. Lifestyle change is key, avoid sugar and also reduce carbohydrates. Regular exercise is needed. Apple cider vinegar helps to maintain good blood glucose, 3 spoons in a glass full of water at night helps.
