Mr Peter Aboki, the Deputy Provost, College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Lafia, Nasarawa State, has dragged Mr Alanana Otaki, a former Commissioner for Agriculture and Water Resources to an Upper Area Court for snatching his wife.
NAN reports that the embattled wife, Mrs Felicia Aboki, had also filed a case seeking dissolution of 18 year marriage with Mr Aboki but Mr Shikama Shyeltu, Counsel to Mr Aboki, while addressing the court on Monday prayed that the case brought by the wife be suspended pending the determination on the matter of her alleged extra marital relationship with the former commissioner.

Mr David Meshi, Counsel to the defendant, said his client was no longer interested in the 18-year-old marriage to the applicant, which was why she decided to seek divorce.
Mr Joseph Agbo, Counsel to the ex-commissioner, argued that his client did not have anything to do with the marriage crisis between Mr and Mrs Peter Aboki.
Mr Abubakar Lanze, the presiding judge, after listening to the parties involved adjourned the case to September 15 for hearing.
