This is the update below

I went to the school as I said ,was shocked when he told me, the school had informed the father on 2 occasions, and he he said he will do something about it, in fact on the second occasion the step mom came to school to fight the principal, that they were lying on her, that do they want to send her out of her matrimonial home.

 I was told the man is a naval officer, so he's hardly at home, and she gives her food to school anytime the man is home, maybe like twice in a month. I learnt she said its not convenient to wake early to cook, that the girl usually takes bread and tea before going to school and she said that the bread and tea is not everyday. 

From my findings from this girl, the aunt, who happens to be the late moms younger sister is very willing to take her, she lives in Abuja, but the father refused.

I told her to get me the aunts number, and she did . I called the aunt, and I narrated her little nieces ordeal, the woman was just shouting and crying, she said she has been eager to take the girl after the mothers demise, but the father kicked against it, she told me she's coming the next day, she called back to inform me that her elder bro too is involved now as well...

They wanted to take her forcefully from school, because I sent them the teachers number too, and she also narrated same thing I told her to the the aunt, but they advised not to take her with force.

She came as promised, that she came on official assignment and will like to check on her niece, she said she thanked the step mother for her care, she requested that the girl should follow her for the weekend since she would be in town for 2 weeks, that was how she took the girl to Abuja last Friday..

 I couldn't see her ,but we spoke on phone all through, she told me there's nothing the girl needs that she can't afford to give her, that she doesn't need a dime from the father , from her tone I can tell she's very comfortable. she told me her late sister doesn't deserve this from the man, so many things I can't include here.....
