Abuja is saner
It is not by location
If GOD says your spouse will meet you in a tiny town not on the map
HE will make it happen
Remember it is not by power
Anon 22:28, flesh and blood did not reveal this to you. I lived in Jos, PH, Lagos and Uyo. I used to travel a lot cos of my job, I almost cried when I got transferred to Umuahia but my God given husband met and married me there oh, thank God for His mercies, we are thriving and have currently relocated to Australia with our kids.

ReplyDeleteAbuja as a married woman
ReplyDeleteLagos if I was single
Lagos is the best place for single women
DeleteAbuja. Lagos is stressing me out. Traffic is not for me abeg and I believe Abuja can't have it this serious like gidi.
ReplyDeleteNo it doesn't.
DeleteI'm glad that I don't use road, cos
DeleteLagos traffic can make one go gaga.
No husband for Abuja. As u don marry u can go
Delete18:39 I see. What form of transportation do you use then.
Delete18:39, dey fly for air or swim for water. lol
DeleteOh, transportation.
ReplyDeleteIf it's rains like this ehen, forget it. It's triple the amount.
You no go like dey inside your own car??

DeleteAbuja,
ReplyDeleteLagos traffic and stress is on another level.
Abuja abeg
ReplyDeletecan only pick Lagos if my work is opposite my house. I can’t with the traffic stress.
Lolzzzz π€£ππ π€£π€£ at opposite your houseπ
DeleteThis one weak me ooo πππ€£π€£π€£
DeleteLagos!! Ain't no place like gidi!
ReplyDeleteYimu. That's how Lagosians always whyne themselves thinking no place like Lagos and that Nigeria begins and ends in Lagos. You need to travel around Nigeria to realize that there are many places sweeter to live than Lagos
DeleteEesah na lie.
DeleteSeems they oppressed you the time you visited
Abuja for the sake of my sanity.
ReplyDeleteLol
Deleteπ
Deleteπππ
DeleteEven if the job in lagos pays more, I will choose Abuja. Lagos is damn stressful. Was so happy when I got married and had to relocate.
Deleteππππ
DeleteWatch and pray over your new husband in Abuja. I wish my young relative never had to relocate with her husband. She was TTC and before you could say Jesus is Lord one girl was calling her from her husband’s office telling her to get out as she had no kids for him. I withhold her name as I know her first name. She will meet her nemesis if na Stella BV and she recognizes this story. She was heart broken. She died less than a year later, very young.
DeleteTill today I wish they never relocated due to his job as she had a good job in Lagos though he did not. The man had married with multiple kids within a couple of years after her death! Abuja! Even my yankee hubby went for work and na madam wey be chaperon dey chase am as the only black man in the team, thank God the assignment was for a few days & he was always with oyinbos. Na him tell me him say e dodged a bullet. Abuja is Nigeria’s sodom and Gomorrah because they mostly don’t work for the money they throw around and lust wanders the corridors of offices there.
Lagos
ReplyDeleteEven though i would love to experience Abuja
Mainland girl...come island naaa.
DeleteAbeg I cant deal with lagos traffic, paying toll gate, Bobrisky, flood.... etc.
ReplyDeleteBuhahaha!
DeleteI had a grwat job offer in lagos once, I turned it down. If it's not happening in abuja, it's a no for me. Lagos is so dirty, unsafe (louts, robbers, et al), and noisy.
ReplyDeleteDanger of a single story!
DeleteABUJA in captial letter
ReplyDeleteAbuja most definitely
ReplyDeleteNot after one small pi kin push me enter gutter in a rush to enter moluwe
Your last paragraph π€£π€£
DeleteMa pami naπ€£πππ€£

Deleteπ€£π€£π€£π€£
DeleteI don't really like Abuja. That's place is good for vacation and then back to Lagos for the normal hustling and being in traffic. It's Lagos for me.
ReplyDeleteLagos. Enjoyed my stay in Ikoyi, beautiful place.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwπ
DeleteAjebΓ³tΓ€ π
DeleteDepends on how much the salary is, if its big enough to afford a choice place in ikoyi or VI, then Lagos it is.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, Abuja.
I love lagos, but traffic is killing abeg, everyday i spend 5-6 hours in traffic.e fit reduced person lifespan.
ReplyDeletePlease don't be a single lady ready to settle down and move to Abuja oh, most single guys in Abuja are looking for working class ladies to feed them, unless you have a very serious relationship or probably married
ReplyDeleteThe most important thing is for God to order one's steps. Shikena. Even in the midst of gold diggers, there are gems.
DeleteAbuja
ReplyDeleteAbuja, lagos is too stressful
ReplyDeleteI would have picked Abuja but for the security issues on Northern routes cos I have stayed in Lagos for years, only visited Abuja a few times.
ReplyDeleteI would pick Lagos for now. Lagos life is lively except for traffic. Accommodation in both cities are almost the same, food is not that expensive in Lagos, clothings, cosmetics, shoes, etc are cheap in Lagos.
Transportation is almost the same in both cities, the reason why it looks expensive in Lagos is because Lagos is very developed and there are no villages, companies are everywhere and when you get a job, you move from one end of the city to another. In Abuja, jobs are concentrated in the city centres.
Food is expensive in Lagos oooo
DeleteIt depends on where you buy from. In most Lagos markets, food is actually cheap
DeleteLagos please... My first and ever love city
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Lagos
ReplyDeleteWill definitely pick Abuja.. Tired of Lagos already
ReplyDeleteAbuja.
ReplyDeleteAbuja,Abuja,Abuja
ReplyDeleteLagos is too stressful I'm tired of leaving my money for Lagos conductor's πππ
If the work is the type that allows me report by 10 or 11 then I’m picking Lagos.. if not, gimme Abuja
ReplyDeleteI love Lagos life as a single lady, but would like to live in Abuja now that I'm married; heard the road network is superb, no unnecessary traffic unlike Lagos where you spend hours for a journey that requires few minutes.
ReplyDeleteAbuja oo, no stress life
ReplyDeleteLagos all the way o π€
ReplyDeleteAbuja
ReplyDeleteI can't handle Lagos stress abeg
Abuja all the way
ReplyDeleteAbuja
ReplyDeleteAbuja for sure.
ReplyDeleteI went to Lagos one time and was going to Cele bus stop, I asked someone for directions. He told me to cross the 8 lane express to the other side to enter a bus, I did only to ask a conductor, he said things to me that I don't understand, I only understood were, oloriburuku then told me to cross to the other side again. On high hills o.
It was a memorable one. Lagos life is not for me abeg. Every where music with loud speakers π€¦♂️
Sorry ❤️❤️ππ
DeleteLagos no be for the faint hearted
Plenty people everywhere. I don't like Lagos.
DeleteThis is funny to me but I can relate perfectly. So sorry about your ordeal...when next in Lagos always ask for direction twice or more.
DeleteI will chose Lagos because the life in Lagos is waoooooh
ReplyDeleteAbuja anytime
ReplyDeleteLagos ooo. I miss the hustle and bustle of Lagos.
ReplyDeleteABUJA π―
ReplyDeleteAbuja all the way.
ReplyDeleteLagos...Eko Oni baje
ReplyDeleteNever been to Abuja
ReplyDeleteSo far guess I like Lagos...
Abuja for me
ReplyDeleteI have lived in both locations and i will pick Abuja again and again. Lagos stress is out of this world
ReplyDeleteAbuja
ReplyDeleteLet me get a job first, then I'll choose.
ReplyDeleteAbuja oo..anyday
