Also note that most of this cases could be Health issue or relocation and not that the price the house was sold is the standard price for those location..
Same place you buy such for 10M;land alone for the standard price could be 8m per plot;you get the point?

I will expand my business by opening a supermarket. With 1.5million, I will rent a large office space in a good location here in Ibadan. 1.5million will go for painting, fittings and furnishings. The remaining 7million will be used to stock up the shop. Supermarkets are an growing business here, not many of them on every road and the population of Ibadan is increasing everyday due to influx of people from neighbouring states, Lagos especially. No matter how hard it is, people will buy essential items in the home especially food items and personal hygiene items.
Alternatively, I will open a pharmacy and pay a pharmacist to be fronting for me(business men do this). There is so much gain in drugs and it is essential so they must buy. Houses, cars and lands will come later from profits.
