ReplyDeleteThis is why I'm not keen on Lipo. All the people I know that have done it, have done it more than once. When my money complete, I'll go get a tummy tuck. For the meantime and even after the tuck, the gym is my best friend

eat in between meals, sleep more, buy an appetite booster 8f necessary . or probably its not yet time cos i complained alot too before my 3rd baby. now I'm ok but want to shed belly fat.
DeleteMumB, listen to Slimyefoxie. Then again, just google it. If u load urself with peanut butter, mayonnaise and co, u could develope worse health problems linked with high cholesterol and u'll probably not like the sort of fat u'll see. Balance all ur meals. Avoid hunger. Take snacks in between meals. Keep a lot of the things u like to eat around u, for that. Relax the body and mind with enough rest, sleep and peace of mind. Take a good breakfast before 9am in the morning. If u eat late at night, like after 9pm, u'll also gain weight. Age also has a lot to do with it.
