Mtcheew. After they released Emem Emmanuel and blatantly lied that he was not connected to the case, I lost total interest in whatever the court is doing.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile Emem Emmanuel was the Twitter user who connected Hiny Umoren to this Akpan guy.

Akpan is the fall guy for Godswlill Akpabio, Kufre Effiong and the rest of their murderous clique. Our system has evidently failed Hiny and the rest of us but God's judgement will never evade this wicked souls in this life time!
Considering the punishment for culpable Homicide, his guilty plea will be recorded as not guilty. At this point, the prosecution has the onus to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt. Unfortunately, most state prosecutors are not diligent enough to do their work. When that is the case, this guy might be discharged and acquitted because doubts no matter how small must be resolved in favour of the accused person.
