From my own experience and assumptions based on this comment, let me state what I think is going on.
DeleteIf you played obvious favourites with your child or chocked then with your religion or point of view; if you didn't respect their personality and policed everything from their choice of clothes to their hairstyles every day for over 18 years, just thank God she is finding the independence safely and not married to a man she will finally kill or children she will just wake up one day and drown.
You're asking about her lack of values yet forget that this girl is fending for herself without chasing boxers up and down. Apologize for your highhandedness as not all children are weak willed and desperate to be controlled. Some will lose respect for you and the minute they have their independence, they are only interested in being in an adult relationship defined by RESPECT. Your daughter has a good head on her shoulders and is paying her bills. If you dare trace her and pay one useless surprise visit, say bye to the next ten years and look forward To her Facebook pics of marrying a level headed independent mind.
Many children who break out of the nest end up doing outstanding and have their dream and personal values well defined, just different from the template of their parents. You are only pained she is no longer malleable and under your nose. Once the nest has been broken, the other children have seen that they have options and the outside world is not exactly North Korea. If you don't amend your ways and are still manipulating them with fear of hell or death and parental curses, they will leave and have to battle wolves because they have not spent enough time planning their escape and those favourite children will likely get eaten up before learning the rules of life.
The reason you made this comment is most likely because the girl reads this blog or people that know you do. This serves the purpose of polishing your false image of perfection before those that know you and further crucifying the poor girl that is just trying to breathe- see why she ran? Madam, look inwards, you know she has won this battle. Stop being the stumbling block and relate with her as an adult.

Am so sad about TBJoshua, I feel somehow bereaved on his side. I also feel lonely and conjified, it's good for a woman to sometimes have a good company, it greases life. Apparently, the flour I had been using was the culprit, I bought another flour last week and tried again. It came out near perfect.

DeleteI'm a fashion designer and my esteem is low right now. Whenever I sew and wear my cloths alot of people compliment me and would want me to sew there cloths for them. The problem now is whenever I sew they all seem not to like the cloth, there facial expression says it all. It's really getting to me because I put alot of efforts both physically and prayerwise to make the cloths. I have passion for sewing.My esteem is low and I'm giving up already on this tailoring thing,I dont know what to do anymore.

DeletePlease take more time to ensure the designs they are asking for are suited to the silhouette. Not every cut and shape suits every silhouette, please take time to study this more. Do not feel bad about discouraging them from choosing exactly like your clothes, and speak to them about the importance of the cuts being suitable for their specific body type. Sometimes the thought of losing a sale make artisans not speak up. Also don't forget that not every color suits every shade of skin. Gold never looks good on me and as much as I love gold jewelry I have to leave gold clothes alone.
Now, if you are doing all of the above then you need to look deeper on why your clients are not satisfied with your finished product. Is your work neat, are your cuts clean, is everything symmetrical? If yes, then make sure you clarify with them exactly what they are requesting. Truly listen to them, ask questions for clarity, make detailed notes, make good sketches so that you are both on the same page before they leave the consultation and you start the work.

I felt so weak and pity for her. people are really going through a lot
