DeleteEla is a fungal infection. You can use plain clotrimazole cream. E .g baby Tribotan on it. Make sure you stop the offending substances you're using on her.
Forget those herbs it is doesn't work at all.

If you're actually sure shes teething, give her paracetamol and place a cold spoon or chilled toy on her gums. Wash it very well. Cos, it could be that shes using dirty objects to scratch her gums hence the stomach infection aka stooling. Stop using feeding bottles if you don't have a nipple brush and a sterilizer
