Good day Stella.
I just need people’s opinion on this...
I honestly cannot figure out why anytime I think of someone, I must make contact with them.
I could just randomly be talking about someone, and next, the person calls me on the phone.
I wish for something, and it happens.
My husband used to think it’s just a mere coincidence until it had happened severally, like I tell him things randomly (randomly is the keyword here, it is never premeditated) and it happens.
One incident actually blew his mind...this was what happened;
He had a bad habit of waiting till the fuel in his car has passed the reserve mark before refueling.
I really had no problem with that because it has never made him stranded.
A particular day, I randomly made a comment that God will help him the day his bad refueling habit will get him in trouble.
The next day, he came back and was praising God, telling me how the car stopped right in front of our estate gate around 12 midnight, and to think that he followed a hot spot for armed robbers that night on the way home.
I have had this ability right from when I was a child, I just want to know, if anyone else has it or know what it is about, it gets me scared sometimes.
*Hmmmm I am gifted like this but in a different way and stronger. I will talk about it one day. I think you have a gift that you need to work on... Lets hear what those who know about your kind of gift have to say...

Also, it will be nice to look into the difference between spirituality and religion. It will help you know which route to use to further understand your gifts.
Lol. We all have that power to manifest honey. It's nothing to be scared of. It's just that some people have not let go of the limiting beliefs holding them back that's why they find it hard to manifest more than others

ReplyDeleteI used to experience it. If I think of someone, I either see them or receive calls from them..
If I don't desire certain amount of money to go to the market, I sell goods upto that amount within the time frame I wanted it.
I has stopped now. I don't know why and I refuse to bother myself about it. But I still meet people if I think of them.
I think you are partially clairvoyant. I believe some people have psychic abilities to some degree, some are aware and attuned to it..others not so much.

This is a gift. Cherish it and ask God for wisdom and grace to handle it.
ReplyDeleteI have same gift and more..I could literally tell what a person is thinking if I make eye contact with you..I avoid eye contacts like a plague.
DeleteOne time I made eye contact with someone and the person's thoughts was scary and the person also noticed I knew how thoughts and gave me a bad look.
I couldn't help but run and since then my presence irritates her cause she never has a good thought.
I'm also gifted that I see things before the happen,my mama say I've been like that since childhood and I'm the difference one in my house.
Don't come here and say its witchcraft cause its not and I'm a God-girl.

DeleteMine is if a thought of you suddenly crosses my mind or I see you in my dreams after a long time of being in contact with you, then something is about to happen to you(either good or bad).

How is it that all cultures have it, even the Orthodox Jews, who by the way think of Christians as misguided acknowledge the use of seers. When Saul went to look for his father's donkey, where did he go? Which power do you think was used?
DeletePeople with these powers have helped people over time, even saving lives. you people sit in judgement, especially of things you have very little understanding if any at all. Regurgitating what someone who calls himself a pastor tells you.
So by your logic now, only spirits of darkness have these powers? What about out grandmothers and fore fathers, they were all spirits of darkness abi?
Of all the countries in the world which are oppressed and poor, what is the common denominator? - acquired religion. I hope we come out of this madness and spiritual bondage soon because Nigeria really needs to stop pretending it is a religious country.

ReplyDeleteHow about the ones you thought of that didn't come to pass??? I think about a childhood friend I haven't seen in a while and I run into them. But there still the ones I thought of and never saw, and the ones I saw that I never thought of? I feel it's all coincidence.....
ReplyDeleteI had the gift of finding lost things or people when i was little, i didn't even know when it left me but i was thrilled by it. I wish it comes back tho.

DeleteWhen I was a kid, anything I ask God playfully or seriously (good thing), it happens almost immediately. I remember asking him to make my dad buy bunch of plantains on his way back from work if truly He (God) is God. Surprisingly, my dad came back, opened the boot and asked my elder ones to offload the bunches of plantain. I was shocked! Maybe a coincidence I don't know but ive asked so many thing a lot of times that did happen. Nowadays, I pray and pray and He seems to be taking His time. 😩 . I probably didnt harness and grow it. I've heard that I have the gift of intercession. I need to grow my spiritual life. 😇

DeleteI don't think its a "gift" per se everyone has the ability to do this. The mind really is powerful. I've been told by my husband to watch my tongue because 90% of what I say comes true. Someone once said I had a prophetic tongue. He was saying it like I should prophesy for him ( baba was having woman issues and I gave him my candid opinion which was solid ) I shook my head and said to myself, that's how they easily get deceived. I was in a cab once on a rainy day back then in calabar and we got to the final destination (the round about at calabar south) and I said in my head like I was talking to the driver "won't you take me to 123 calabar road? (My PPA at the time) and then the strangest thing happened. The driver asked me where exactly I was going to and told me he was going to the street before my PPA and that's how I escaped getting drenched that day. I've had strange occurrences but I don't see them as special, i just think its something natural to women.

ReplyDeleteMine started after I had been broken emotionally. I know when someone has a bad intention. I see everything that is following people I come in contact with. I know when a person is bad and in which way they are bad and this is making me not to have so many friends.
ReplyDeleteSomeone even said I should start a prayer house because of this gift. But no, what if it leaves tomorrow and I start telling lies to cover up and maintain the business? Nope, I'm not going that route.

DeleteOmg I thought I was alone on this. One time I thought about our childhood friend, like been almost 15years I had contact with him. The next day someone sent me a message on twitter that he is this person. Mind u no one close to me have my handle. I keep my twitter strictly anon and not available to contact and close family.
