Calabar-Cameroon Bridge Is Ready For Use
In 2017, Nigerian Govt approved $39m for the construction of the Calabar Cameroon Bridge as part of the 433km Enugu-Cameroon Highway project that was initiated in 1987 to connect the South East with Cameroon.

That is for your state Government NOT Buhari. There are states and federal roads. This is one is a Federal road
