  7. Yes we do.
Dinner is our main meal; food, drinks (fruit juice, milk/soymilk,), snacks (particularly unleavened bread, nuts etc.) We break bread (home communion) before every meal.
Breakfast is non-existent or fruits for who wants to eat.
Lunch is mostly fruits and vegetables with dairy milk or soymilk.
That is how we've lived for over a dozen years.
Plenty of water goes with all.
One looks younger, joyful and blissful.

Didn't you see "food" as the first thing I wrote in the dinner?
      What is food?
Besides, is there a law or Scripture that people must eat "swallow?"
How about some people who are strict vegetarians?
Nne, my best "swallow" is pounded plantain with ofe onugbu. I have my pestle and mortar to do it
      in the house.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I don't want to. It makes a lot of medical sense if you have studied the human body. I don't eat or drink junks. I eat real food, very nutritious meals; mainly local dishes.
If you are following world medical news about dieting you will realize that the emphasis presently is on "intermittent fasting" as opposed to the "mandatory breakfast" lies the food chain conglomerates in the western world sold to the world by sponsoring researches specifically for that.
The entire western world is currently having an obesity epidemic and you know quite well what the obesity complex does to the human body?
Let me give you some of them: Heart disease and strokes. ...
      Type 2 diabetes. ...
      Certain cancers. ...
      Digestive problems. ...
      Gynecological and sexual problems. ...
      Sleep apnea. ...
      Osteoarthritis. ...
      Severe COVID-19 symptoms.

As the spirit leads though I have timetable.

Though timetable helps and ease on what to cook cos sometimes I just run out of ideas on what to cook and then I remember I've got timetable and once I view through it, it makes it easier.

    Though I hardly remembers it.

  18. Cook 2 or 3 soups during the weekend and jollof rice for hubby, then any type of rice or any other meal I like. We help ourselves to garri or rice with any desired soup. I don't have time table but always try to vary and balance our meals and we like different things so I always make sure to cook variety, everybody will always find something they like to eat.
