    2. Wear your waist trainer 8/9 hours a day

I do not wear it while in the gym because I need to breath so take it off for gym and put it back on after gym. I run 5k on the treadmill and 15-20 mins on the rowing machine(3/4 times a week). You can do a abs workout first thing in the morning so do 5 diff tummy exercise you like and 20 reps each then build it up as the days go on.

Intermittent fasting- I only eat between 11am and 6pm( you can start 10am to 5/6pm but ease yourself into this slowly)

Pre covid- At 11am I ate carrot sticks with humous and 2 boiled eggs. Then gym at 12/1pm then had oyinbo soup at work. When I got home at 4.30pm I would have anything I liked before 6pm. Before 11am you can drink any tea you like to quench the hunger and can drink it as much as you like before 11am.

Post covid- I work from home so gym anytime before 11am. Brunch at 11am which was overnight oats or normal oats with fruits. Lunch home made chicken salad- you can marinate your own chicken overnight then make it in your airfryer then cut it into pieces and put it in a salad then add some baddest salad dressing. For dinner have anything you like before 6pm but no swallow.

Buy plenty of fruits and keep at home for snacks and remove sugar from your diet and replace with honey. Replace rice with couscous.

Life is already hard so don’t be hard on yourself just keep going and you will get use to it and your body will adjust but remember you own your body it doesn’t own you.

If I can do it so can you

      Shalom
