DeleteMost people’s struggling with weight issues can’t stay without eating, just stop it! You won’t die! Eat just once a day or change your meal plan to vegan diet, with vegan diet you can eat six times a day because they are low carbs and not that filling.
As for her still removing pellet from her head, hmmm I am glad she is well.

DeleteRice is vegan, garri, spaghetti, oat, chocolate. All these can be overeaten. In fact, most starch foods with high calorie count which are also not so satiating, are ‘vegan’.
However you’re very correct when you say weight issues can simply be controlled by how much you eat. No magic tea or pill will help, except it’s a laxative and that’s purging behavior which is part of a dsm 5 diagnosis

ReplyDeleteIt could be true, my sis was hit by a stray bullet on her leg and the doctor removed about 20 pieces of bullet fragments but like two years later she was still removing fragments from the leg.
