What is educated illiterate?
Shouldn't it be uneducated literate rather than educated illiterate?
Illiterate is someone who cannot read and write (which our politicians are not in this category).
While uneducated is the lack of knowledge about (some) things.
An illiterate person can be educated but not all literates are educated.
It baffles me whenever I read people calling them politicians educated illiterate because to the best of my knowledge and understanding, it is used in the wrong context
I stand to be corrected.
Uneducated literally means having little or no education.
DeleteIlliterate isn’t just about being able not being to read and write. It includes Ignorance in certain subjects, no values, no common sense, going against approved norms.
If this is just about Nigerian politicians, your take can be valid but generally speaking, educated illiterate is the way it should be said.

I saw your reply In BEP the other day and was I surprised? The question if I recalled properly was, "Who would you give your money to if both your mother and your girlfriend needed an assistance?" Your response was the same pattern as teejay's response, though different scenarios were posed. I am a woman and I boldly tell you teejay's response to "what he would have done if his wife slapped his mother" and your response to the referred question above were questionable and did raise an eye-brow. I wonder if the ladies you both were trying to impress were that gullible so as to be easily swayed. I guess it's fine anyways, afterall you both are entitled to your opinions and all is fair in love and war so bring on whatever cheap weapon/bait you can find and snag your game.🤷♀️
It hurts when someone accuses you of something in glare view only to turn around and do same thing of an equal magnitude. Teejay reminded you that you just did the same thing he did not for any other reason I believe, but because you pretended not to see it when he drew your attention to it the first time in BEP. Your silence was cowardly and sly. No! sweetheart when you said he was trying to impress someone you weren't playing around so don't call it trivial. Besides you don't get to decide for someone how to perceive an act whether an act is trivial or not is for them to decide and not you especially when you are the one doing that act to them (it's plain rude) and not the one at the receiving end. You don't dismiss someone's feelings because to you it's trivial. It's plain rude. Let Teejay be. He is not bothered who likes him or not, you came under his comment remember? I don't know what's happening, i often score between 36 and 37 with cambridge ielts IELTS listening practice test but i keep scoring 31 with ceack ielts with rob tests on youtube and it's always because I find the diagram labelling questions difficult, how do I improve my score
