Gree AC And Lontor Ng Unveil Their First Brandshop At Maryland Mall

Just a few hours after its strategic move of signing Nigerian actress, film director, and producer Stephanie Linus as its brand ambassador, the fast-rising AC brand, together with Lontor Ng, leading manufacturers of household appliances in Nigeria, unveiled its first flagship brand shop at Purple Maryland, popularly known as Maryland Mall, Lagos.

In his opening remark, Chibuzor Ogunka, Gree AC’s Country Manager for Sales and Marketing, described the brand as an industry leader which has made giant strides in Nigeria in its five years of operation, to roll out two million units of Gree air conditioners across Nigerian homes and industries in the next two years. He further talked about the business opportunities available to interested investors who would like to own their Gree AC franchise stores which are now possible with an initial capital outlay of twenty million Naira.

This development, which is a calculated leap towards expanding and creating business opportunities, is well-embraced by investors and partners across the board. Gree AC is no doubt gradually positioning itself as a global leader in the industry. Beyond its benefits for the brand, this development has created investment and job openings for Nigerians, serving as an economic boost for individuals and the Nation.


Stephanie Linus, the newly-signed Gree brand ambassador, expressed her love for Gree and reassured the brand of her commitment to creating awareness so that more people can partake of the coolness, durability, and eco-friendliness of Gree ACs. The brand shop was declared officially open and ready for business, with various Gree ACs for residential and commercial purposes.
