Martins, I don't get notification on my other WhatsApp that's on Parallel Space. Is that how it's being designed? Is there a way it can be lifted out to stand alone outside the app? Guess you understand what I mean by that.

ReplyDeleteHey do you exfoliate. My skin is super smooth. I use blended brown sugar and oats with lemon oil. They are all natural and non ecpensive.

And i take green vegetable smoothie daily.

Been having neck and spine discomfort especially on the right side of my body. Was told it as a result of my job. I sit and bend my back for long periods of time. Does anyone know what I can use to alleviate this pain? Can't use painkillers as I've had a serious case of ulcer in the past. Will a cervical neck collar work please?
ReplyDeleteWhat type of chair do you use at the office? Also your sitting position could also cause this for you. Try adjusting your seat or try getting a new one that helps your posture when you sit down. Pain killers might not work, try having a soothing massage when you get home from work, and when you sleep at night try using two pillows. I hope this helps.

I guess the burn is caused by deodorant use. If its the armpit, clean the area, apply iceblocks for few minutes then apply hydrocortisone creams several times a day. Kpele
DeleteI believe you mean armpit burns. You may have some allergies with some clothing like nylon, polyester and lycra or some ingredients in your deodorants or perfumes.

If you use roll-on, kindly stop and use those other underarm spray....Like sure spray, dove or right kind.
