DeleteWe use this in my home with 3kids. I have never given them cough syrups. We mostly give them tiny bits every morning once they start showing signs of cold or cough, especially, at the start of each school term. It works wonders.
Don't give her cold water. Give her warm fluids like orange juice or 1 teaspoon of pure natural original honey will help. Please don't give honey to children under 1 yr as it can cause BOTULISM

DeleteHave you tried honey mixed with lemon (small amount of fresh lemon juice because she is very young and the acidity may affect her) mix with very warm water and use a teaspoon to give her intermittently through out the day. two teaspoons at a time should be okay. This is what I did for all my kids growing up even as babies.

You can use Hawaii soap or original Extract soap not Nigerian made or but made in Indonesia or Phillippines.
DeleteExfoliate once to thrice a week, moisturize and use a sunscreen. Your face and hands are darker than other body parts of your body due to sun exposure. Using a sunscreen and reapplying as at when due would solve the problem. To get that extra glow, take in the recommended quantity of water daily, exercise and take in a lot of fruits/vegetables.
DeleteAs an extra measure, not entirely necessary, but key if you do not consume lots of fruits and veggies, you can add vitamin C, evening prime rose and collagen supplements to your skincare routine.

DeleteThis canada question is now becoming too much. There hasn't been an outland draw in over a year and the last cut off was very high. Your best bet right now is to try go through the school route to boost your point because if you're not below 30 with MSc or PhD and at least 3yrs experience your score isn't likely to be high enough. Ways to boost point a little = french exams, having a hot career that would make a province what to nominate you. Another route is to have money I mean plenty money like millions of dollars to bring into the country invest and employ people.

ReplyDeleteNot entirely true. You can apply relaxer on the new growth at the root.
DeleteIf you want to return to relaxed hair from your texturized hair you will need to outgrow your hair.The safest way is to keep in plaits or braids or with use of a wig till you get an appreciable growth. You should have a trim about every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your hair healthy, continue to use a good shampoo and conditioner, i use coconut oil to oil my scalp as it keeps my hair healthy. You can cut of the texturized hair at the length you are ready to do without. Depending on the length of your hair it can take from 5 mths to a year to grow out.Be patient and please go to a reputable salon to have the final chop and a relaxer put in.I hope this helps.

DeleteFor fore head pimples..try this. Get savlon antiseptic, reduce the liquid significantly and fill it back up with water. Clean your face with it (using cotton) every morning/evening after bathing. Theodora mogo taught me this and it really works!
I think you have an oily skin so I will advice you stop using pears baby lotion. You can check for lotions or creams for oily skin. Nivea, Palmars are good products.

So I just relied on God and started praying for a miracle. Cleaned my circle, stayed out of communication and boom two months later became pregnant. There is no special thing to it. ReplyDeleteExfoliating means removing dead skin in order to improve your skin appearance and make it glow.
DeleteHome made/natural methods you can try are:
Sugar, lemon, honey scrub
Coffee, olive oil scrub
Salt, coconut or olive oil, turmeric scrub
Have a hot bath/shower to open up your pores..Get a loofah (you can use hand too) and scrub in circular motion..leave for 7-15 mins and wash off with cold water. Rub cucumber if your skin feel irritated.
Repeat 2x a week.
Our skin sheds off its dead cells, forming new and more vibrant skin layer underneath. Not sloughing off the dead skin cells leaves our skin looking dull, no thanks to the dead and flaky skin layer. Exfoliation is simply the process of removing these dead skin cells.
DeleteUnlike Snakes that can simply crawl their ways out of these dead skin cells, humans have to do a little extra. You can mechanically exfoliate your skin by buying over-the-counter exfoliants, by using an exfoliating mitt/hamman gloves or by using bath gel with exfoliants in them. You can also chemically exfoliate your skin by using skincare products rich in AHA and BHA . If you do not want to opt for these options, you can make your exfoliants from your kitchen using ingredients such as sugar + coffee mixed with honey for normal skin and oat mixed with honey for delicate skin. Mix them thoroughly, wet your skin and apply this mixture. Use your hands or an exfoliating mitt to gently massage in a circular (either clockwise or anticlockwise) or one-sided vertical strokes.
You can observe this routine once to thrice a week.

Delete2 tablespoons of brown or white sugar mixed with 5 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Mix it to a paste then use your fingertips and apply on your face. Be careful when rubbing in as sugar is coarse so you don't hurt your face - its delicate. Then leave it for like 15minutes and wash off with warm water and pat dry. Then apply your moisturizer.

I am not sure of a cream that can sort that for you, but I am sure that boosting your skin's collagen levels can take care of that. Collagen strengthens your skin, bones and even your veins and that takes care of this condition over time.

DeleteBV whose one month old baby has not pood, if you are on exclusive breast feeding, increase your water intake, eat paw paw or plenty vegetables. Babies do this often because their body is trying to adjust. If you are giving your baby formula, you may try diluting with more water.
