@Makkys, he should try sleeping on his side. Also try elevate the head of rhe bed. Maybe add another pillow. If he takes alcohol, he shouldn't take 2/3 before bedtime.

Madam you know your husband more than everyone..Don't heed to every counsel that people always tell you..Have you discussed with your husband to discuss the modalities? This discussion should be between you and husband...Your husband is well capable to take care of your daughter; he is her father too remember and I see nothing wrong if he takes her to the wedding...

Every family planning methods have undesired effects. Your sister's might have a medical condition that IUCD is contraindicated. That doesn't mean it is not a good fit for you.

I am a medical professional in the UK and have also had a myomectomy and this was the advice I was given... I do not know what pertains in Nigeria.. And yes it is safe to take in after 6 months but delivery should be by C section.

Step 5, download Cambridge study pack 1-15, solve under exam conditions.
Step 6, Register for IELTS once you start scoring 8 in reading and listening, while practicing.
It's possible to Max out at first try, but if you don't make your desired band, don't give up, register again.

My weakness at first was not understanding the different strategies for essay writing, and not writing complete answers for reading (sentence completion.
What really helped me in writing was the MOD/Idp essay writing guide. It is very important that you study that manual as it shows you how essays are marked and what the examiners look for in your essay. It also advises on how many paragraphs you should write for different essays and so on. Very essential.
For reading, pls try ielts jacky.
Know that IELTS is not by complex gramme, but by correct structure and strategy.
Have you joined the Ielts telegram group. That helps as well.
Where are you based?
I also maxed out ielts. The trick is YouTube. Search for Jay ielts on YouTube. He helps with most parts of ielts especially writing. I had R-9, L-9, W-8, S-8 and I only used YouTube to study. You can get more materials on YouTube by searching ielts general listening practice questions, ielts general reading practice questions. Use Jay for writing, he ll give you all the tricks you need. Just read up on strategies for each segment (L, R, W, S). Write down a lot of vocabularies, read prototypes of all the different kinds of essays and you're good.
