ReplyDeleteIn Pidgin English local Palace, "Eyes" appears to be wrong in that phrase.
So the correct way should have been, "Eye wey don see ocean no dey fear lagoon"
Pluralizing words by adding s, es or ies is not permissible, likewise past tenses. One more, in Waffi, Saffi.....you will get the tonation for Pidgin words.
