ReplyDeleteIt's just passing talk, it's okay to hype your State or place of origin. No big deal. On the bad belle matter, wetin we go do na. You won the election in 1999, perhaps as compensation for Abiola, all Nigeria Presidents na compensation(try your luck bonanza) Yar'adua is a good man, but he is still a compensation bonanza too for his brother Shehu.
ReplyDeleteLagos was so hot that period that we had to move to the village for a few weeks before coming back. Na wa for naija politics.
ReplyDeleteYou are also among baba, so no come de form beta person because you said and I quote in 1993 that "MKO is not the Messiah Nigeria needs"... Anyway that one concern una, even MKO was tribalistic by saying he can rule without Igbo meanwhile na the same igbos vote for am
ReplyDeleteSome Nigerians be tribalistic towards Igbos and then act as though Igbo are exaggerating marginalism. All right.
DeleteYou had eight years to repair abiola's image, release the election results, award him gcfr, renew his business licences eg Summit oil, compensate his family and so on but rather than seek justice, you were buying hummers for your girlfriends, sleeping around and looking for third term. Now that you are losing relevance as kingmaker, you want to use this same man to shine- the guy you abandoned after he did so much for you. Let's hear word abeg.
