    Stella see your book's life outside. How's constructing railway to Niger beneficial to Nigeria especially when the whole Naija isn't linked. I mean you can't count Abuja to Kaduna or Ibadan to Lagos. Lagos to Kano, Port Harcourt to Ibadan should be connected. I tire for naija sha.
