      Pls don't buy a car I beg you. Go for your masters and develop yourself more. If you buy a car your folks will believe you have arrived and problem will start. If you were living alone now, it would have been better.
      Also, put more effort in your businesses and gather more money. If I were you I would leave Nigeria after gathering like 5million.

      He ate rice before going to school @Stella o. And he said he didn't eat anything else in school. Just from yesterday to today, he has loss so much weight. I have already given him salt and sugar solution. But when he takes it, he goes to toilet straight. Will update you guys later. We are on our way to the hospital. Thanks ma'am.

      Justsweet At what time did he eat the rice!! Because you may have warmed his food very early and by the time he had it as lunch..The food may have been getting bad as at that time...I dunno if the school has a microwave so they can warm the food of the kids before they take their lunch...Please give him ORT..All the best

      Stella, she gives her son what she can afford, rice is cheap, cereals are expensive here in Nigeria, she will still have to add milk to it, it will not even fill the child like rice will. This is reality.

      Sorry about your son. I'm quite positive he'll be fine. They'll probably give him an anti-diarhhea that contains Zinc. The stooling and vomiting should stop in less that 6hours.

      My 5 year old daughter had a similar episode some days back. I had to leave work to go pick her from school after they called that she was stooling and vomiting continuously. I stopped over at a pharmacy, told them the symptoms and an anti-diarhhea was prescribed. I only administered it twice and she was better by evening of the same day.

      Please keep us updated. I am sure he will get better SOON.
