So lovely. I had bread and tea. Good Morning Ma'am Stella.
ReplyDeleteHad an omelette; filled with diced fried potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, garlic and onions. Topped with some grated cheese. Back to lie down; having a lazy day today.
DeleteI had white amala and black soup(prepared with dried and grounded bitter leaves, scent leaves, ugu leaves, that pepperish leaves, some other leaves that I don't know their English name, spices, stock fish, dried fish, kpomo, goat meat, smoked fish, crayfish, dawadawa). It was pure bliss!
DeleteI am very pleased to see this picture. Nigerian food needs to be presented in such a way that will attract international recognition through its presentation instead of just slapping the food unto the plate.
DeleteStella you are enjoying, I would have the groundnut and devour the fish.
