What's measurement for again?
If you talk of the material, ehen, a good tailor/fashion designer can actually give you exactly what you want no matter the body shape, it's just about taking the right measurements at the right places.
How can you use the measurement of a person 6ft and a size 14 for a person 5'6 and a size 8 and blame it on the person's body? Does that make sense?
