  1. I experienced this for a month. I found out it was linked to soy milk. I wish she told her story without getting naked

    1. She’s wearing undies that’s not naked. You mean she should have covered up with clothes.

    4. @SIGNED MIMI FROM MIAMI, I am glad you noted this. PCOS is for the most part caused by our diet.

    5. Yes very true anon 13:03 diet plays a major role.I know because I am talking from experience.

For any lady going through this,it is not easy but diet!diet!diet!exercise!lifestyle!be active.Fruits and veggies are your best bet.

Avoid pizza, milo & milk, sugar, red meat, salt,Noodles(indomie),soya beans and by-products of Soy.Try cooking with our traditional and local spices and limit all those seasonings and packaged spices. Most of them have high MSG content. These foods and junk food really mess with our hormones.Try these restrictions and see difference.Come and thank me later.

    6. Pcos is Not caused for most part by diet though. Bad dietary choices can worsen the already existing pcos condition. I have pcos, have had it since I was a teenager. I watch what I eat/drink,exercise regularly but it hasn't cured my pcos cos it's incurable. It can only be managed by trying as much a syou can to live healthily and/or drugs. Get your facts right, please.

  7. Booty butter and squats.

Size of booty eventually found it's way into a conversation as serious as PCOS.

    1. @Anonymous, sorry for this. I'll tell you something, change your diet and you will see results. Cut down your carbohydrates, completely cut out sugar and alcohol, avoid soy and soy related products, read nutritional labels of items you purchase in the store and eat more natural foods.

    1. You see those adding weight bitter crew, I don't spare them.

If there are 10 things that cause weight gains, food takes only four.

Yet they crucify people on the big side who half of the time are battling what is beyond them.

But no; the long throat judges will sentence the person for crime of food.

Half of the time they are ironically passing their bitter judgments while munching one unhealthy garbage 😟

  14. It takes a toll on someone to type twice...

I feel heartbroken. I've been in and out of hospital for over one year now. I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis. I had my first surgery in September 2020. I just had another one three weeks ago. I still feel unwell. I'm concerned about our Nigerian Doctors coming up with the right diagnosis and treatment. I worry that it isn't something more severe. I wish I could locate an Endometriosis support group so I can be reassured that I'm not alone. I just dey down. Haven't even worked for a year now 😔

  16. PCOS and endometriosis really is a bitch. From wildly irregular periods to bleeding in between periods, acne, rapid weight gain which is extremely difficult to shed, bloating, cramps etc. it really isn’t an easy condition to deal with and I empathize with her.

I just wished she had passed her message without having to go half nude. It wouldn’t have diminished the validity of her message.

    1. Exactly! The nudity has hindered me from empathizing with her
