      Only through a professional job that citizens do not have expertise and the demand is needed. Your employer will arrange your papers. Do you have that skill? Secondly divorce your wife and marry a citizen and only you would be there. Are you willing and ready for the risk? If No then forget the idea look for money and pay for a course. Get your work permit after school a d get your employers to help process your residency.

      No, it doesn't. Your calories in MUST be less than calories out. To lose weight try this:

      1. Know your blood group.
      2. Find out the foods that don't match it and cut them off. E.g. AB blood group doesn't process foods with too much fibre like beans and carrot. I did this and lost weight like my body was literally set on fire. AB blood group thrives on starchy foods. Surprised? Me too I was. Because it had been drummed into me that carbohydrates make one fat.
      3. Give 4-5 hours gap between dinner and bedtime.
      4. Multiply your body weight by 0.033 (in kgs) and drink that amount of water daily. More water at the start of the day.

      You'll lose weight.

    Kindly assist a sister with natural remedies to eliminate blackspots and pimples, especially on the forehead.

    Recently, I've been having terrible pimples on one spot on my face and they leave horrible spots. Ive always had good skin prior to this. Im not pregnant, and I haven't changed my diet. Sadly, the over the counter creams ive been using aren't working.

    Please i'll really appreciate natural ways to take these things off my skin.

      Did you change your lotion/Soap/Cream/makeup as that could be a contributing factor..You can apply toothpaste on the affected areas at bedtime..Avoid frequent touching of the face..Always take off makeup when going to bed, clean your face with baby wipes or but Micelle water to wipe off makeup...If you are not going anywhere, allow your skin breathe- dont apply makeup...Then discontinue any products that causes outbreaks..I hope this helps..

    I saw in last Boredom Eliminating post where someone wrote about using syringe to insert sperm in your vagina. Is this to increase ovulation or get someone pregnant? if it is to get someone pregnant, can this be done medically with a donor sperm without going through IVF?

      Yes it could be done without going for an ivf procedure. It is called IUI(Intrauterine Insemination)

      Anonymous I believe Olawealth told you not to use Hydraulic as it is dangerous; another said don't use ketoconazole...Why not use good old Shea butter (Ori) or coconut or palm kernel oil on your skin for now...I can imagine that it is affecting you but add more issues to the current one you are experiencing..Sorry dear and all the best...

      If the skin reaction was gotten from shower gel use, then its most likely not a fungal infection, meaning you have been managing it the wrong way.
      Visit a dermatologist.

      Baby Girl every woman has a level of androgen in their system..However we have those who have higher levels in their system..So there are various options to do 1. Get a clean Tweezer(you will find this in manicure/pedicure sets) and pluck the hairs gently 2. Go for waxing (this though encourage ingrown hair) or laser surgery (quite expensive) but with frequent exposure to the laser rays; it will kill off the hair follicles. 3. Natural therapy use the black seeds of pawpaw and turmeric; blend together then after removing the unwanted hair..Rub on those areas and make this a daily routine..Studies have shown that turmeric helps stops or inhibit hair growth..I hope this helps.

      I understand that Nigerians can segregate people even to those that lost their pinky finger but you are beautiful and don't let it get to you...I also have facial hairs like you and I tweeze them out..So we are in this together...

      CASTOR OIL MASSAGE :
      Items u need include :

      Castor oil
      Cotton flannel or old tee shirt/ towel
      Nylon bag preferably garbage bag
      Hot water bottle

      Procedure:
      *Put hot but not boiling water in d hot water bottle and set aside by d bed or chair u are laying
      * pour d castor oil on your Belly button and massage round your belly button to top of your pubic hair and toward both ovary / pelvic
      *cover with the nylon bag
      *Put the towel or tee shirt on top
      * then put d hot water bottle on it to heat down

      Remember to lay down on a garbage bag or old wrapper cos castor oil stain is hard to wash off on cloth

      Rotate the hot water bottle round your pelvic and adjust to your sensitivity to the hot water
      Do for like 30min every other day starting from after period to ovulation If u are actively trying but if not u can do till next period

      If you do this religiously for a month or two the cysts will be gone and you will conceive.

      Yes there is an ovulation test trip , you can get in the pharmacy. Its 5 in a pack and a free pregnancy test kit in it. Try and know how to calculate your days both fertile and non fertile window days, when you get to your fertile days after 4days and above depends on your monthly calendar, you can then use the ovulation test kit with your urine and if you are ovulating there ll be an indication( (Red line), instructions are there in the pack kindly take your time to understand it. it's easier to use just like your p-test.       There should be secretion during ovulation but the amount may be so minimal in some women and go unnoticed.
      The colour and consistency can be compared with the albumen of an egg. Check for this when you are ovulating.

      Yes there are test strips that detects LH (leutinizing hormone) surge in the urine and so can be used to a good degree to get your ovulation days. If you can afford it, clear blue strip has very good accuracy.

    I believe I have body odor. I bath regularly but my clothes still smell, I can't repeat any clothe I wore, even if it was worn for a minute. My roommate repeats hers and still smells good. Btw, she doesn't shower as much as I do. I'm always sweaty but I use deodorant. I'm 29yrs old and single. I don't go close to people to avoid embarrassments. Please I need help. What can I use to kill the odor permanently? I'm really depressed. And no man has ever proposed to me, I feel it's because of it.

      Use deodorants on your armpits..Also buy lemons, divide into halves and rub under your armpit..Allow for a few minutes then go and have your bath...Then wear deodorant when going out..You will need to get new clothes and discard the old ones because no matter how to wash them, the smell will be there..All the best...

      For the body odour, go with Phoenix "a suggestion, always use lemon or lime twice a day to rob on your armpit and leave for a while , the wash off while bathing, it helps to reduce your body PH.Always wash and properly sun dry your clothes. Like she suggested , throwaway your present set of clothes and tey changing your wardrobe.please avoid buying chiffon, silk, satin or woolly fabric, stick to purely cotton.

      Please don't throw away your clothes. Buy Sure Antibacterial Deodorant Spray. I went though this too until a doctor recommended this when I travelled out. It stops he sweat completely. Wash your old cloths especially the armpits with disinfectants. Goodluck my dear.

      I used to sweat a lot in my armpits until I discovered that using a rollon + spray deodorants together were magical. I started using the blue nivea rollon and dove spray deodorant and it stopped completely. No more sweat patches on my clothes. I use them together. I put d rollon first and use d spray on top. Its over 10 years now and its been working.

    Instead of using deodorant on your armpit , I will advise you to use lemon. My daughter had same problem so i stopped her using deodorant, now she uses only lemon and the body odour is no more. Give a trial on it

    Make sure the soap is anti-perspirant when bathing/showering in the morning to go out for work/school. Also, add antiperspirant deodorant to the armpits, between your thighs, under the breasts and under your feet. Even better if you apply at least 50% alcohol with a wash cloth to these body areas before applying the antiperspirant deodorant. If you do these steps and drink loads of water you'll be smelling very fresh, all day long. Thank me later.
