  4. Good aftn Bvs pls can you be pregnant a day before your ovulation, I checked an app it said I'm know my fertile window

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes..the fertility window is a week or so,while the ovulation is the peak! Depends on your body, some are fertile days are 3-4 days before the ovulation day and then 1 or 2 days after the ovulation day as well

      Delete
    2. Ovulation happens just in a day.but because the sperm can live for up to 7 days, the fertile period begins before ovulation and also after(cos ovulation can change +/- one or few days.

      Delete
    3. Infact, u are more likely to get pregnant if u have sex a day to ur ovulation than a day after your ovulation. The sperms cells stay longer in your body than ur own released egg does.

    1. Maybe dieting? I'm developing belly fat and I'm so much interested in knowing too.

    2. Green juices and less food.also get a tummy belt

      Delete
    3. The best way and fastest to burn belly fat is to give five hours between dinner and bedtime. Also burns fat all over the body.

      Delete
    4. First off, stop eating late at night at least by 6pm you have your dinner..Even if you want to eat at time, take fruits and vegetables; youghurt and nut..Cut down your carbohydrates and eat more of proteins...You can actually eat 5 times a day with fist-size meals, watch your portions as well..I am doing same and I am seeing results

      Delete
    5. Carbs make me bloated and makes my belly flabby. I’ve come to accept that I can no longer eat bread, rice et al as much as I’d like to because my body doesn’t agree with those foods. I eat more of proteins and moderate amount of fats.
Cut out carbs and sugars entirely for just two weeks and come back and testify.

      Delete
    6. Cut out carbs and sugar entirely?? We all need little amount of these!!

      Just control your portions

    7. I said she should try it for two weeks not ad Infinitum to see the results on her body.
Moving forward, she’d have to adjust how she consumes them. I just wanted her to see the effects this food class has on her body. Comprehension.

      Delete
    8. @snarker also note that too much intake of protein is also not healthy, just so you know. everything needs to be balanced. take all the diet in moderation and small portion and watch how your body will transform. too much protein is not good for your kidneys ohh.

      Delete
    9. Lol not y’all trying to school me on nutrition 🀣🀣🀣
I know excess of any food group isn’t good and everything has to be taken in moderation but MY moderation could be different from your own moderation as our bodies are built different.

Asides having a sensitivity to gluten, pulses and certain type of carbs, my body doesn’t thrive well when I eat too much of it. I now eat less carbs, more of protein and moderate amount of fats and I’ve never felt better, my body is happy. I don’t abuse nor restrict any food groups lol

I don’t know when I implied that I only eat meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.🀷🏾‍♀️

      Delete
    10. Snarker is right oo hmm. For me, anytime I eat anything white carbs, especially white rice. my body gets so so exhausted and sleepy. I literally can’t do jack and get anxiety. I believe it’s due to blood sugar spike from these white carbs. Brown rice and Whole grain food works much much better for my body. Everyone is different sha so find what works for you to lose weight. I’m actually going to cut down on carbs so my body can use the stored fat and lose weight instead of glucose from carbs to lose weight. I’m so tired of feeling fat, moody, and tired all time. Too much fat no good abeg.

    1. I will reply you personally since I have been there and got admission to study msc computer science from 3 different schools. My inability to raise the blocked account €8600 made me abort mission even after my visa interview.

First If you are in STEM, then you don't have a chance of getting admission with that CGpA, Germany is strict and aims for excellence in whatever they do. Yes it's free tuition but they hope it's only the brightest student that can come in.You need atleast a 3.5CGPA to be able to apply to majority of schools, and the more schools you apply to, the better your chances of getting admission.

      2. Type daad.de in your browser to search for schools and their corresponding requirements.

      3. There is a thread on Nairaland Forum for Nigerian students in Germany, you can go through it to get information.

4.I don't know about non-STEM courses, but every information you need is on the daad.de link. Use a laptop for easy navigation and use of filters.

      5. Most of their postgraduate courses are English taught. They require proof of English mostly a letter from your university stating you were taught in English.

Which online loan app doesn't demand for credit history and monthly salary income on your bank account?
I need to borrow money and add to my little business to boost it but these two conditions aren't favorable because I have got none.
The microfinance bank in this my place says I will have to bank with them for 1 year before they can give me loan.
Please, somebody should come to my aid.
    Thanks in anticipation.

    1. Gtbank Loan
All you need is to dial the code
But your salary income determines the loan amount you get.
Then they tell you how much you can borrow and wire the money to you right on the spot.
Then tell you how much you need to pay monthly to repay the loan back.
      That’s all

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Make your tops plain and wear busier bottoms to draw attention away from your upper body. Fuller skirts, colourful skirts etc

      Delete
    2. Hi anon, I believe you have inverted triangle shape.
For tops - Avoid round necks and turtlenecks, they will draw attention to your broad shoulders. Go for U, V necks tops.
For pants - Avoid skinny pants and leggings unless it's gym wear. Go for palazzo, wide leg pants, flare and colorful pants to give illusion of waist.
For dresses/skirts - Avoid pencil skirts and band/tight dresses. Go for pleats and flared hems, use tummy belts to give illusion of waist. A lines are very good too.

      Delete
    3. Maybe flair skirts, boot cut pants. Wear gowns and skirts below your knees

      Delete
    4. I want to assume you are male. Your body type is called Inverted triangle shape.

Choose slim-fit jackets that follow the natural line of your silhouette and are tapered at the waist.

Go for straight-leg trousers and jeans. Wearing patterned pants, camo shorts or checked trousers is a good idea because it distracts from your comparatively broad upper body.

Trousers with cuffs and pleats give the impression of bulkier legs, thus balancing out your top half. Consider lighter colored trousers which will make your hips look wider.

Avoid jackets with shoulder pads, stay away from skinny jeans and avoid dark colored jeans since you have thin legs..Wear more of light blue jeans or stoned jeans as it will give your legs a fuller look. I hope this helps.

  19. Please my dear what do you think an almost 4p year old man can do to find his feet?

He dropped out of school almost 20 years ago, no university certificate. He doesn't really have a good head for books and business. Though he's actually very talented in creative arts. People have suggested him learning software development, python etc but I highly doubt he can cope with that, he's more into graphics/creative arts. So my question is

Are there companies that recruit creative/graphic artists without a university Education?

Where can he learn this and what are the prospects of him getting a job after studying?

Also we are looking at enrolling him in a forklift/ truck driving school? Does anyone have an idea where he can learn this and similarly job prospects too.

Does anyone know any company that recruits SSCE holders?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If he is in PH, there so many companies that are in the line of what you want. Ask people who work with Julius Berger about the forklift and truck driving. They'd tell you all you need to know.

      Delete
    2. Duchess I think what companies are looking for are highly skilled people...If he can sell and express himself well in simple English and he is highly competent in the job he is doing..He can have a portfolio of the jobs he has done, prepare his proposal and send to companies around him..I believe the sky is his starting point..

  21. How can I get rid of sperm in vagina after sex. I just got married and it's a bit weird for me. It slips out on it's own but I just feel weird. I wash vigorously by putting my hand but I had an infection and was told not to be chooking my hand inside. Married women please how do you clean the place

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. There is no need to insert your finger into your vagina...excess sperm will eventually pour out..Remember it takes only 1 sperm cell to fertilize your egg...It is very normal for the semen to pour out because it is sperm cells in fluid..The vagina is self cleansing leave it the way it is..

      Delete
    2. I’m not sure there’s much you can do, however, I’ll advise you start using panty liners. Secretions will just flow directly on it instead of your panties. It’s good for hygiene, and to keep your panties lasting long.

    1. Yes it is. Wait for your hubby to come back. Liik at it this way: if the trumpet of God should sound at the point where you are masturbating, do you think you will join the saints of God? It is a form if sexual perversion whether in IR out of marriage.

Romans 1:25-27 says they left the NATURAL use and went to that which is not natural.
