      Ibori has Delta state wrapped around his corrupt and looting fingers even while in prison.He calls the shot.

      One of the states that should be the most prosperous and flourishing because of its riches in oil.No job,no good roads,no infrastructures,no progress,just stagnant.

      I don't know between Delta,Abia,Ebonyi and Kogi which state is the most unfortunate or unlucky when it comes to wicked and selfish government both present and past.
