DeleteSome women are not interested in marriage. They have seen their mothers, sisters and aunties maltreated and disgraced by men and have vowed that will never happen to them. Some of them are victims of terrible heart breaks or rape. Some are even divorcees.
DeleteA lot of women these days only get married so society will respect them. Others who do not care for societal approval just want their kids and look for financially responsible sperm donors to do the needful.
Using myself as an example I have three kids with the same man. He doesn’t want marriage and neither do I. Our kids love both of us and we are coparenting despite being on different continents. I am not lonely and he seems to be living his best life.
My mother suffered at the hands of my father. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I dated my first and last boyfriend for 9 yrs and he abandoned me for a girl that was still in the university. My baby daddy is an easy going man that I was having a fling with for money. Let me call it by it’s name. I started doing runs after my failed relationship because I was very unhappy and depressed. I had like 4 men on rotation and he was one of them.
I got pregnant and we decided to keep it. Note that I am not his first baby mama. My kids have older siblings that treat them with love. I met his first baby mama and it was even in her apartment in London I stayed till I birth my first. She gave me scope on how to relocate and now I’m here with my kids. If he decides to have more kids with other ladies that is fine by me. I also have two boyfriends that take really good care of me. Yes I’m a sinner but rather the sin of fornication than wrath, envy or lying caused by being stuck to a wandering prick.
In life your plans differ from others. Some women are married but living single. They are so frustrated and bitter they spend all their youth casting demons, fasting and engaging in spiritual warfare over a man that does not have an iota of respect for them and will never change. I am not saying that is the case for all married women as a lot are happily married.
But my point is this. Leave baby mamas alone. Some are getting more love, contentment, happiness and even intimacy than some married women. We are not as miserable as the world thinks we are.
