I have always complained here that I have a very high metabolism and gaining weight was hard but instead, I see weight loss topics and no weight gain diet plan. Until I went on a weight gain journey five months ago with weight lifting exercises at the gym five times a week. I hope to stay the same and maintain my weight if possible. I don't like being slim at all and that's just me. Yes, I am very healthy and my weight matches my height. I like the way I look So don't be surprised, it is not everyone that wants to lose weight or be slim/skinny/ bony like you think the same way it is not everyone that wants to be thick/chubby/fat like the actress implied. What you are doing is not different from what the actress up there is doing. Let everyone be. That was my message.

The slimmer u are, the more high class options u have. And I don't know why people will think slim women are jealous of fat women like letting oneself go, stopping exercise, eating recklessly is terribly terribly hard thing to do. As a fat lady when i lost weight u will see that i got a lot more options of higher calibre men lining up to date me and take me seriously. As a fat lady I was getting guys looking to be taken care of financially, looking for sex and dump, guys not wanting to be seen outside on a date with me. Most women yanning body positivity n claiming to be happy to be plus size are lying. They are going thru a lot and are looking for ways to lose weight. To a man it communicates u don't love or value ur body. Being obese and overweight ain't easy on your body, your mind or self esteem.

For me I was just tired of how I looked and how upsetting my dating life had become. I also wasn't confident to rock the dresses I liked. Also if u research a lot about the harm junk food is doing to your body,u will become more informed and wanna eat healthy food and look for ways to make it inviting.
DeleteI would have advised keto but mehn that shi messes with ur periods and hormones and side effects are mad if done for too long. For now, just try intermittent fasting only eat from 12 PM to 6 PM. It's a gradual thing, u have to build up.n u may find u can even eat just once a day sef. I really wanted it so I kicked off with a 48 hour water fast where all I drank was water and green tea with a bit of apple cider vinegar mixed in it. I drank with a straw because that stuff can damage your teeth. Lastly as u know exercise helps to speed up the process as well. I didnt start seeing consistent quick results until I started exercising tbh. The food u eat will just sit in your body unless you're burning it, that is the bitter truth that I had to accept. U can train it to go to more flattering places like your butt and hips or u can burn it off completely depending on how u workout. At that point, I didnt even need to restrict what I eat that much, just focused on eating healthy meals, greens and fruits and the weight is still falling off. I rarely eat white bread, rice, spaghetti. If I do I know I will have to kill them off at my next workout session before they get stored in my body in places I don't want. My guy is a gym freak and he's actually the one that helped me on my journey to push myself because when ur the one doing it alone u are tempted to be lazy. U can start with short 10 minute YouTube videos. That's how I started and then keep pushing yourself, join fitness classes and events. There are so many on Instagram, make fit friends n they will also ginger you. Oh and lastly turn a deaf ear to people telling u that you are fine the way you are. Only you know what body you are most comfortable in. No need living in it because u wanna please others who may lowkey not want u to lose the weight cus they are afraid u will look so much better.

To say that high networth men go for slim ladies , nevertheless is pretty sweeping, for an issue on which no valid survey has been conducted. Anonymous saying that her dating life improved on slimming down, that may be because of the nature of plus size figure u had previously. Some ppl are shapelessly plus size, while others are curvy about it. Shapely plus size women tend to be attractive just like lepa with curves. It all depends on personal preference and more often than not, I hear African men (of all cadre) talk of preferring women with flesh. U mention Adesuwa Etomi being liked by the likes of Banky W, what of Anthony Joshua who says he likes BBW (big beautiful women, to my understanding). I suppose it's natural to vehemently support those things that pertain to one but we mustn't blind ourselves to the truth in the process. Apparently, a lot of women on this blog are slim. Whatever size one is though, one can look good so long as the proportions are on point. I personally, do not like a slim look; and many who claim to like slim, still end up going for body enhancement surgery. I like a full curvy figure, like that of Sonia Moralis.
