Actress Adesua Etomi -Wellington posted about the changes her body went through during pregnancy and says some things have not returned to normal....

She says you should raise up your hands if you understand and trust women to show support by gisting her what body changes they had during pregnancy... Some now have bigger feet, some bigger hands and some still carry big stomach around.......

  10. my womb still falls till date,fallen breast,body fat(still working on it).its not easy though.i was adviced not to birth through vaginal again except the baby is small,altough my kids are always small,i just want to rest.family planning gave me high prolactin level while contraceptive seized my period for three months.it is well

      Go to those old women that does massaging if you haven't done that already.

      Seized menstruation is normal with any type of family planning except with condom and withdrawal method.

      It'll definitely come but be ready cos it will come heavy and could last for weeks.

  11. I’m near to pop but still wear my rings. Tummy, ass, lips and nose are swollen..the rest of me is still intact.

    My hair and nails now grow incredibly tho, I shave damn near everyday and it’s such a struggle. Lol

    I have scanty hair on my tummy cos I'm a hairy person but was very surprised when I woke up one morning to see tiny hairs scattered around my tummy.😂😂

    I was surprisingly slimmer
    Chest and face darker
    Pointed nose turned ijebu ponmo
    Boobs a little fuller
    i had a beautiful baby with smooth skin
    And came back to factory setting 🤣🤣

  18. I grew from shoe size 37/38 to 40/41. Little stretch marks on the tummy, almost went back to pre-conception weight but in all, it's never the same.
    My V's still intact though, I pray it remains so.

    Very dark,Asin almost charcoal dark but wait for it....very fair laps
    Linea nigra,I so love that.had that even when I was not pregnant
    Longer nails that I cut every week.
    I'm a hairy lady,hairs on my legs are something else( don't care tho)
    I don't understand my boobs,one day is big another day it looks deflated( still don't care)
    My baby bump looks small tho,I wanted it bigger☹️. people still think I'm in my early stage not knowing I'm about to pop lol
    I wear my rings only at daytime,by night time it starts to itches so I remove it.
    All in all,I'm so blessed and happy especially when I talk to my baby and he/ she responds by stretching or squirming. I'm not so worried about get my body back,I love being a mummy-to be.

    1. And oh,acne, bacne , itching skin. My husband won't let me barb my hair,so I just left it in a mess. My friends see me these days and stare in wonderment 😆. I mean me that was so flashy before,now looks totally unrecognizable.oh well🤷

Decree that you will carry your baby by this time next year. always say it, Always! No matter what you are doing Say it and believe it. Try and be happy. Talk to family and friends if you are close to them. Don't sit and keep mourning your baby. The Holy Spirit will grant you peace and turn your sadness to joy

  26. During mine, aside all physical changes, I was always forgetful, me that hardly write things down was always with a small jotter, jotting down things else I will forget. My memory is coming back now though,but not as strong as before. In all I thank God for the journey of motherhood and when I look at my baby, he's worth it.
