    BV Omeh,this is the recipe.

    AFANG( thinly sliced and grounded)
    WATER LEAF ( I prefer using the one with thin leaves as it doesn't have too much water. Wash and cut thinly too. Put it in a sieve and put under tap water or you could use a cup to pour over the leave to remove the slimy water from the leaves.
    BEEF/GOAT MEAT
    STOCKFISH
    DRIED FISH ( washed and debone.)
    PERIWINKLE ( cut and washed)
    FRESH PEPPER ( Wash and grounded)
    CRAYFISH ( GROUND IT TOO)
    PONMO ( Wash it and cut into chewable cubes)
    PALM OIL
    SALT
    SEASONING OF CHOICE
    SNAILS ( Unshell and wash out the slime using salt)

    In your cooking pot,put in your washed meat and season ( don't add water initially. Some people do. Allow it to cook in its own juice) Add a cup or so of water when it's almost dried up. According to your discretion anyways
    Thereafter,add your ponmo, stockfish and periwinkle till soft. Add your snail and dried fish and cook.
    Cook till you've gotten the quantity of stock you need. It shouldn't be too much as it isn't pepper soup
    At this point,I add a spoonful of palm oil and half of my ground crayfish.cook for a minute or so and then add the water leaf and stir and allow it to boil for about two to three minutes. As in, immediately I see it 'dancing' in the pot
    Add your palm oil,pepper and stir. Cook for about a few seconds. Add in your Afang,stir and cook for two minutes.
    I add in the remaining half of the crayfish for a nice aroma,stir and bring it down
    This was what happened yesterday

      I've never heard about not turning it o. I do cook it for people once in a while and no one has ever complained of it being bitter.
      There are different type is Afang. There is a specie that you cook even without putting anything much it will just have its own tastiness while there are some that just have a bitter taste on thier own. I have a trusted person that we buy from from the market.
      Besides,I don't like overcooking my food so once I just put and stir,in a minute or two,it's down so it will still be green.

      Today is midweek service.
      Do remember to go to church or attend online people.

    Something happened to me on Sunday afternoon. I was just putting on a bumshort and laid on the floor (tiles) . Because of the bumshort, my hip line(the protruding part) was exposed...

    But what shocked me to my bone marrow was when I tried to get up.

    My people! , I couldn't get up. My hip line MAGNETED on the tiles it was like as if superglue was used!

    I tried to forcefully pull my self from the floor, it felt like my fresh was tearing. Lord!, it was so painful.

    I didn't actually look at that place at that time but I kept robbing my palms over it because I kept on feeling pains. Then, I was forced to look at that spot that gummed to the tiles, that was when I noticed the bad blood that gathered there.

    Till now, that place still hurts. Although the bad blood has cleared.

    I'm so curious about Why that happened, Why was my hip line gummed to the tiles just within few minutes of lying there..

    Good morning beautiful men and women how are you all doing..So I will teach you how to prepare another amazing oil for body and hair care and this oil is Pawpaw and Tumeric oil...Pawpaw just like carrot contains Beta-Carotene, which is a good natural lightening agent and Tumeric also share the same benefits..It is packed with all essential vitamins and minerals..How to prepare the oil..Your ingredients are: (a) 1 slice of fresh ripe but firm pawpaw and its seeds (b) Tumeric is like ginger so please use a very small clove cos it has a very strong smell (c) Organic oils (shared them in previous posts (d) Blender (e)Clean empty jars..STEPS TO PROCESS
    (1) Chop your pawpaw into bitable sizes, pawpaw seeds and tumeric as well (ensure pawpaw has little or no moisture so as to reduce the cooking time so you don't lose the nutrients to prolonged heat) (2) Add chopped pawpaw, tumeric and 3 tablespoons of organic oil into the blender jar (3) Blend into a lovely paste (4) Pour out the blended content into a clean saucepan/frying pan and add oil depending on the quantity you want (5) Place pan on the fire and simmer on low heat (6) Once the moisture has dried up in the oil, turn off heat and allow to cool (7) Filter as usual with a strainer/Cheesecloth/Paper filter into a cleam empty jar (8) Add 3 drops of Vitamin E oil or Essential Oil into your new pawpaw and tumeric oil (9) And it is ready for use..Enjoy thank you
