They should be dealt with. The effect of this theft will jeopardize the rail way system in the country. Expensive electricity cables were stolen in my area and it's been over a week now, no light because IKEDC has failed to replace the cables. Some Nigerians are just evil, they can steal anything not minding the effect on the populace.
