BVs please you guys should advise me please
ReplyDeleteMy NYSC certificate bears my ex husband's name while my other certificates bears my father's name. My CV now bears single and I am waiting on God for a federal government job please what should I do so it won't affect me
i will take this to Monday ihn for you
DeleteGod bless our hustles
DeleteThis is why I prefer using my maiden name in all my certificates.
DeleteI don't really know what u should do but I believe you should have all the necessary documents to back up your change of names.
If you've reverted to your father's name, you need to go get an affidavit from the court and do a newspaper publication. Did you officially change your surname to your husband's name or you simply started using it as your name? By official, I mean swearing an affidavit and news paper publication. Most people just start writing it as their name which is where things get messy. Anyway, go get an affidavit that you are the same person.
DeleteYour Faith Will Be Tested!!
ReplyDeleteRevelation 3:10.
Excerpts!!
"A great test is coming, and it has already begun, because God must separate those that are real from those that aren’t real"
"Those who were never true with God"
"If your faith in Christ is genuine, it’s going to be tested"
Confession!!
I’m deeply rooted and grounded in Christ. I live to fulfill God’s dream, His vision of Kingdom expansion, and world evangelization. I’m focused on things above, and not on the transient pleasures of this world. I remain steadfast, unmovable, doing the work of the Lord with joy, as I look forward to His appearing.
Amen! Good morning Rhapsody.

DeleteI watched a movie last night on Africa Magic epic, London Prince. As funny as the movie was, i learned something which i'll like to share.
ReplyDeleteA stingy man/woman is the worse spouse to have in this life. Everything is waste to them. You cannot even enjoy money that God gave you in peace. No matter how much you love the person, such a person would frustrate and make your life miserable. Kai, God forbid stingy man for me abeg.
In other news, I don't like harmattan at all. Blocked nose, itchy eyes, dry air. Arrrg. I don't enjoy myself at all.
Blessed weekend everyone.
You are very correct. I listened to a radio programme today and they talked about not marrying a stingy spouse
DeleteMy dear I watched the movie too. Even though I had watched it before I still had to watch it again yesterday night. Ken Erics is a fine actor and what you said about them being the worst spouse is true. Like how will I have money and not enjoy it? Imagine when his sister( Chinenye Ubah) asked for 20k for her cream, the guy shouted and and asked what happened to Vaseline... ikwakwakwa.
Delete@Mhiz A. Lol
DeleteAt a point, his stinginess was even beginning to get me angry. Like what???
Good morning bvs.
ReplyDeleteA happy weekend to everyone.
School work no green me see anything like coming to ask. Yes that's how 'critical' it is. Thank God it's the weekend , phewwww!
I don miss this blog no be small.
Sorry. With time things will get better.
DeleteI am just grateful for a new start.
ReplyDeleteI am struggling everyday because I feel like God has blocked me. I used to hear him or feel him but its been pure silence for a while.I normally am able to pick myself up so fast but this time, its been so much harder for me. I derailed too far. Imagine almost ruining a marriage/family. God! What was I thinking? I am so sorry. I will send Stella my story soon. The bashing will be heavy and ๐คprobably not come back to read comments but I know I will feel lighter.
Always remember God is the only one who will. keep forgiving and forgiving all over and over again. His mercies never come to an end.Once u alive, there will always be forgiveness from God,that's his Grace to us humans.
DeleteIt is well with you.

DeleteGood morning BVs
ReplyDeleteLast week hubby was sick, at a point he lost his sense of smell and taste, He went for COVID test in the Govt hospital he works at and till today the result is not out.
He's very fine now. But the main issue is that yesterday I noticed that i also can't smell or taste but I am very fine just a little catarrh, including my girl too. But the smaller children are very fine.
Pls who has been in my shoes before any special thing to do apart from taking zinc and vitamin C
I had it too. Loss of smell for more than three weeks,I was terribly sick. I took malaria and typhoid drugs to no avail
DeleteIt was when I went to church and took communion and prayed specifically for the healing that I got back my health
I don't know how your immune system is but I pray God heals you.
Thank God for healing you both. Please, stay safe.
DeleteI was very sick two weeks ago,I was on Iver....,I don't know if its okay to spell it out here, all the symptoms came out, it got worse when I went to see a family member rushed to isolation centre,DH broke protocol with the treatment,he said I was already sick,I was on this hematinic syrup that contains Vit B12,iron,and folic acid, the headache was something else,I was forced to eat, severely weak,I started praying, reminding God that labourers are few,I got better gradually,my strength returned, I can walk on the treadmill for 25minutes, this is the third week,I still can't smell nothing, but I'm good now,I feel the smell sense will come back soon.
DeleteTry inhaling steam...boil garlic, ginger, and all those orishirishi. Drink some and inhale the steam covering yourself with blanket.
DeleteI hope those who don’t still believe that there is COVID are reading this.
DeleteThank you beautiful people. I know we will be fine.
DeleteNedi... I am pregnant so I can not take lots of drug. Thank God for your healing. You will be perfectly strong
Mhiz A.... Thank you been doing that for 2 days now.

ReplyDeleteAnd before I do go back to bed.....
ReplyDeleteSome misguided fellow said I was repping Portugal...
Why won't i??? 120 days of fully paid maternity leave. 60 days of fully paid paternity leave for my husband. Monthly Prenatal allowance, child allowance, direct citizenship for my child, job security while pregnant and away on maternity.....
Tell me which of these ur country can offer you and you think I as a foreigner won't rep a country that treats me way better than my own country??? A country that I didn't have to pay a dime for my prenatal as well as my birth (I used the public hospital).
Pls pls pls, I rep the country with my full chest. Na citizenship status I dey find now.
Congrats Eka. Living in a good and caring country is a very big achievement. I’m happy for you
DeleteWow! Abeg, rep it with your full chest!. Will such ever happen in Nigeria?
DeleteNice one. you being happy it is. ThankGod for your life.
DeleteIt’s not that deep tho lol
DeletePlease keep your happiness to yourself; too many haters sis!
@Eka, I read that comment and the way I understood what that person meant is that Nigeria is supposed to be better than Portugal but condition has made Portugal better.
DeleteI may be wrong tho.
This girl stop behaving like a tout. Ignore people and enjoy your blessings must you fight like a village champion. Be civilised geez!
DeleteEka but they are not paying all upfront nah...explain am well abeg....you wont work for three months but will be paid every of these three months and same goes for your hubby.
DeleteAbroad nobody pays cash to birth their baby unless you are from abroad, it is covered by your insurance which u pay for so it is not free per se.
There is no private hospital abroad, its all public,no doctor is allowed to open a hospital but he can open a private practice and refer you to the big hospitals when it is time to bith your child....
what else?
Stella, there are private hospitals here oh that even with ur insurance u will still pay a huge chunk of euros. The public doesn't use ur insurance but if u are legally residing there, u are entitled to free medical services. Has nothing to do with insurance at all.
DeleteNo they won't pay u upfront but pay what u are due monthly.
Anon, is it ur 'villageness'?
DeleteNo , Stella you are wrong. There are private hospotals in the United Kingdom. Even in some general hospital there is the private wing, where you pay heavily even as a citizen. Dont know about your Germany
DeleteStella, you are wrong oh. In the UK, healthcare on the NHS has got nothing to do with insurance. As long as you have the right to live in the uk, you get free healthcare. If you want to go to private hospitals, you pay!!!
DeleteSome employers even pay maternity up to a year depending on how long you have worked.
Joy, represent the country well, it is not easy. God bless your family.
DeleteGood morning everyone and happy weekend

Good morning everyone, happy Saturday. In transit to Port Harcourt from Lagos.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, remember to stay.
I received a great news that made me cry this morning.
ReplyDeleteMy Aunty who has been TTC for 13 years is pregnant!!!.
She is 45 years old and her second child will be 13 years this April. Oh my God!! This God is too good o!!!
I remember praying for her always since when I was in Secondary school cause she wanted another child. We all always prayed for her. Sometimes, we give up...
Last year, September, her father in law who has been living with them for years cause he was always in and out of the hospital died. He died in their house, I was there cause I was staying with them pending till when we would be asked to return for youth service.
That was my first time of touching a dead person. Went to serve him food but found out that he was no longer breathing.
My Aunty really took good care of that man when he was alive. Is it poops all over the room most of the time, the urine, the feeding, the bathing... I kid you not my Aunty complained bitterly, she was tired of it all and exhausted, it wasn't easy for her at all. The worst of it all is her father in law not being appreciative most times but rather complain to his son that my Aunty is not taking care of him.
When I was there, my Aunty complained bitterly and I just listened. I kept on telling her to take it easy that she knows that the man is old, that old people tends to behave like kids and all whatnot...
To cut the long story short, in the month of September, after the man died. Some of their neighbors came for condolence visit at night (two women). One of them told my aunty that she should mark this day, that everything she did for that man is not in vain that a baby is coming soon!!! ( Lord I'm having goosebumps). My Aunty laughed over it and told them shebi they will come and carry the baby.
When they left, I told my Aunty, " I don't know why, but I strongly believe what that woman said, I strongly believe it in my heart" but was just laughing.
People of God, my Aunty is heavily pregnant o!! God of signs and wonders is still here and would always be here o!!!
All those TTC, do not try loosing hope, just wait for it, it is gonna happen, you will SMILE!
Forgive any typos, I didn't proof read!
Hallelujah
DeleteHallelujah

DeleteGod is great! Congratulations
DeleteMaybe the man hand dey inside..lol
Deleteif she just fell pregnant, she cannot be heavily pregnant
Congratulations to your aunt
DeleteHeavily pregnant is when the pregnancy is far gone like from 7months upwards. So if he died in September and she wasn't pregnant as at then, she is not heavily pregnant.
Thank you people. I didn't say he died in September shaaa but that some women visited that month.
DeleteHe died in July (5th).
Congrats
DeleteI’m happy for your Aunt. God is Perfect.

ReplyDeleteGood morning lovelies and happy รบgรนrรบ(harmattan) from a chilled dusty Eko.
DH and 2 others have left on a condolence visit to a neighbouring state, Corona virus claimed another. Waka to Covid 19. RIP Chief Ade.
He really helped me alot, insisted our kids showered immediately after morning devotion if not eh I go hear nwii today chasing them around but they all climbed into daddy's bed thereafter. I counted 10 legs under this duvet. Haha. Na punishment?
Anyway we sleep on as they hate รบgรบrรบ, they be hissing " my nose".
Lagos gist boku na. Wait first,a whole Helen Prest-Ajayi lived with the wayward late Dr Ajayi for 25 effing years and he didn't pay her bride price? Is this some joke? For this Ikeja? His other "companions" and "kept women" better show up with their own kids too they plenty fa. Why Dem come dey shane, dey hide?
Helen did well refusing a DNA test on daughter she "had for him". E for be Double wahala for the matter.
Last night here na free show, another popular Medical guru is living with a Lagos celebrity for years as 2nd wife, he no pay shishi. Why are women this stupid? Their quarrel during a discussion ended in a fight.
Obviously, people don advise the lady, shattered screens, 2 dogs ran off when the gates went ajar. His brother in-law drove away one of his favorite keeps. This Dr family issue is gone viral, many kids are seeing that their Daddy never paid bride price on their mum many years on. Na wa.
Bikonu where's Paris, Nnukwu Nwanyi, Aproko Queen? Afraid dey catch me o. Make una say hi. Shioor.
Candy, Essay, Nkay...make una no vex. Una be triplets? Hahaha
I read one post and has been laughing since.
E-kisses o. Unu Siri ike o.
Ngwanu bye.
*Pulls over duvet*
Good morning XP Momma๐๐, how body na? We be triplets na, but na me senior them๐. Wait o, how many mins again? ๐ค
DeleteSee gist ooo............. Many are living with men without bride price being paid. It seems the men keep postponing and the women keep staying, even birthing more kids. As one oplor eyed fair lady said, every mallam with him kettle. Na wa.
DeleteGood Morning. Please I need gift suggestions on the birth of a baby boy. What can I give please, thank you.
ReplyDeleteViva plus soap(very nice fragrance,Detergent,Diaper(size 1 or 2) but some won't use the brand cos it isn't their choice..
DeleteThere are also gift packs that come with Baby Oil,comb,Lotion and some other Baby essential..
You can Go for the Johnson gift pack if it's within your budget..
@MARTINS
Anything a baby boy can use from now till toddler depending on your pocket. Eg diapers, wears, shoes ,bicycles, toy cars and many more. Dem plenty, just go to baby store and see nice things for your self.
DeleteGo with as anonymous 10:15
DeleteDon't buy cream, oil or soap, mothers have brands they use on their babies, some use Shea butter or coconut oil. So stay away from those.
You can buy that baby cloth that is long sleeve and covers the feet.
DeleteI've forgotten the name
Forgive me pls.
It is sometimes 1 or three in a pack. Get attractive male colours
Martin please I have an urgent question. I have a friend who is being stalked on WhatsApp . She has no truecaller, just WhatsApp.The stalker is always aware of her presence despite her last seen not being visible. Is their an app that alert the stalker whenever she is online?
ReplyDeleteThanks
Even with the last seen off;it shows "online" once you come on so anyone stalking would still easily know that you are online..
DeleteExcept she blocks the stalkers no and also limit her "WhatsApp presence" to be visible to only her contacts....
You can do all that in "Settings" on whatsapp..
I think he also makes use of "GB Whatsapp" too cos it has lots of such spy features..
@MARTINS

Please bvs in the UK, how can someone employ a nanny at a cheaper rate. I'm new in town. My kids are 5 and 7 years
ReplyDeleteRegistered nanny is almost unaffordable except you earn fantastically well.
DeleteAupair is reasonable but they don't do much like cleaning except you are lucky.
Our own naija people you could get btw 450-800 pounds depending on where you live.
@ Ms abroadian, pls do you know how i can contact Aupair or any naija person that can help me. Please help me
