On Lust, Ego, AND Low Self Esteem BY BV FAITH

This note was triggered by a question posed by a blog visitor.

S/he asked me to explain how lust, ego, or low self esteem is responsible for all manner of sex related sins being committed by men and women.

Here is the explanation:

If a 'man' goes after WOMEN, he is driven by lust.

If a woman goes after MEN for sex, especially in exchange for money and she is committed to none, her problem is lust. Women in this category always think they have a grip on their lives and can stop their parole anytime. It is a lie.

If a man goes after a PATICULAR WOMAN, he is more likely driven by EGO, especially if he is married. But if he is single, it might be a case of love or infatuation.

If a woman goes after one MAN, it is most likely due to a particular need - for emotional or financial support.

If a married man falls for seduction targeted at him by a WOMAN, he is a victim of low self esteem. Many public figures are on this table, especially pastors.

If a woman engages in sexual acts with multiple men because she is complimented, she is suffering from low self esteem. No person with a good dose of self esteem losses his/her head to compliments.

A woman who cannot control herself when complimented by men is under the yoke of low self esteem.

Low self esteem often pushes men who ordinarily do not run after women to fall into the trap of seduction. There are fewer men in this class than in the lust category.

What role does attraction play in immorality?

Attraction is the anchor point for LUST. Sexual immorality committed based only on attraction is often not a one time experience. There is always a repeat experience with same person or another, which is a pointer to lust.

In conclusion, sexual immorality is due to a combination of physiological, emotional, mental, or material need.

QUESTION

I am married and I have done change of name with news paper publication. My International passport bears my husband s name, while my driver s license bears my maiden name and all my certificates bear my maiden name. Myself and him are separated though not officially.


I am on the verge of getting a government job and I honestly want to use my maiden name. pls advice if i should use my maiden name since all my documents has it or I shouldn't.


Is it acceptable? and hope it wont affect anything in the future? Thanks. I will be reading comments.
