  4. Damn she has lost a lot of weight!!! Outfit looks really good on her and the color as well. It’s not easy losing weighttt honestly. I’ve been trying for years but I just need to go on low carbs and drop this weight oo. God help me!

Eniola Badmus, if you read sdk, instead of wasting some much time editing your pictures, please head to the gym and eat right.

      Consistency is the key. Challenge yourself, eat right.you mustn't change your diet to escape carbs totally. You can be eating everything but just in a small portion. Portion control is the real deal.

      And once it is 6 o clocked, don't put anything in your mouth again unless it's fruits. And by fruits, I mean just cucumber or Munch carrots.


      I'm on the same joney and it ain't easy, but it's worth it.

      Laziness don't even allowed me to exercise like that but I tried forcing myself to do at least, 3 times in a week. And make up by making sure that I don't eat too much.


      Wake up and drink ordinary water on your empty stomach and go about your daily chores like normal. You can drink green tea or blend ginger and garlic and add hot water and drink while working out. Even if it's one hour.
      Eat small food from 11 or 12, With time you will become use to it. Challenge yourself!!
      Nothing in life is easy.

  6. It's time we accepted people as skinny, slim, robust and fat. If you people push her to go and do surgery now (as dieting and exercise no work for her) and things go south, na una go still say wetin she dey find upandan. She cannot coman go and kill herself o. At least she dey try package well. Some of una wey no fat sef no package body pass her abeg. Only say Eniola mouth sef go dey lose guard sometimes when una wan use frustration kill her.

    Nice outfit and hair lady. You may not win a body curves contest but you are a really good actress and that counts for something. Keep your head up.
