I just finished reading THIS POST and my blood is boiling!
This thing called marriage ehn, requires a lot of skills, sense, humanity, maturity and "no be by force".
My fellow ladies or women (if you prefer that), do not be subjected to believing that you are responsible for your husband’s success! Nah! Every mallam should carry their kettle. Pray for them but don't forget to pray for yourself.
A man lives free of charge in his parents’ house, earn abi makes so little from his business and decides to spend on a side chick and the wife is blamed for his problems.........does it make even sense?
Parents take their time raising their girl child for 'marriage" but decides to leave the son out of these trainings which comes back to torment these poor girls in the institution called marriage. Unfortunately, it’s beyond marriage. Have you ever experienced some badly behaved men in your place of work? One once told a colleague to great him first as per say she is a lady and not married.................is that not madness? Needless to add same guy beats his wife even in pregnancy.
I have experienced a lot in life, and realized the best revenge is best served UNEXPECTED.
Dear poster, sit and plan you escape out of that marriage because the possibility of that man changing is limited. Do you see yourself leaving soon? If yes, go to your in-laws and apologize for doing nothing wrong. Kneel for your “husband” and do same. You know there is a difference between “I apologize for offending you” and “I apologize if you feel offended”. Now ZIP your miracle center…………abi the infection isn’t enough? Save as much as possible, focus and spend on yourself and kids (if you have). Live your life as though nothing ever happened, set your day of removing yourself from these extreme toxicity and leave. Trust me they will never recover from it.
Watch yourself prosper from thence. Engage family and friends to support if and when you need them. In all you do, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS. Wish you the best.
No woman deserves a man that puts his s#xual needs above his wife’s happiness! Marriage is beyond s#x……..know this and know peace.

ReplyDeleteToday we will be talking about General Etiquettes for women going on dates. So we concluded the Single and Mingle for last year and hoping to have a lot of hookups from it. However there may be ways you have not been doing it right over the years and then you were expecting that subsequent dates will follow after the 1st date but unfortunately it did not happen!
Here are the general etiquettes for women today, tomorrow I will share for men.
1. Give him a chance – I can imagine, long week at work, being long on the dating scene. Perhaps The man you are going out with may have been looking forward to this date all week, and perhaps had to step out of his comfort zone to ask you out. Have a good attitude and an open mind while you are on the date.
2. Dress to impress – No please don’t wear that old jeans and Ama Kip Kip T- Shirt.. Haba wear that flowery jumpsuit, play suits, pair of nice shorts and lovely blouse. First impression matters!
3. Arrive on time - Babe! Time of the essence oh..Show some respect to your date by arriving on time. If you know you will be running behind, call ahead to let your date know. That way, he is not wondering if you have bailed.
4. Don’t talk about old relationships – Off the radar 🚫🚫Make your mouth no scratch you at all. If you say something positive about an old boyfriend, it shows that you admire him and may still have feelings for him. On the other hand, if you say something negative, how does your date know that you won’t do the same to him?
5. Don’t dominate the conversation – Allow your date to talk about himself, listen well and observe his non-verbal language. This gives you an idea of questions to ask or the direction the conversation will go. You can even know whether he is worthy for a 2nd chance 😉😉
6. Don’t talk about marriage or children – Na! Mbanu! Nayhe!! Go with the flow so you don’t come off as pushy or desperate.
7. Don’t chase him - Let the man be the pursuer, and wait for him to contact you. Women are sometimes ready to express their feelings much earlier in their relationships than men are, so don’t pressure him to express his feelings prematurely.
8. Be Honest – If there won’t be a second date, just let him know that won’t be. This is not the time to play games. Let him know he does not have high hopes!
9. 3rd Party and Takeaway – Please don’t bring your sister, friends or cousin to give you moral support, eat or assess your date. O wrong o. After eating, don’t insist that your date pays for your takeaway; its your choice so you pay for it except he offers to buy you one or he insists on paying for the takeaway pack.
10. Hold vex money – You never call tell! This is Nigeria
