This case is not even so sad. At least she has two children b4 loosing her womb and her life was saved. Many are not half as lucky. Some loose it all in their first pregnancy.

DeleteFrom mothers height to her blood pressure, baby's heart rate, fibroid, baby's health and energy, previous CS, obesity, age and choice etc. 13.35 get some education on the topic. Childbearing has no one-size-fit-all solution.

I still had this conversation with my mum recently.Why do pastors tell people to pray against cs.Its all shades of wrong.Imagine members of the church that are not all that enlightened,God forbid they are in a sutuation whereby Cs is the way out for them,out of ignorance and what their pastor said,theyll refuse abd we know what can happen.

DeleteMy sis in law gave birth to her 2 children by CS, and my 2nd birth was CS, and my mother in law said I was lazy, that it was because my husband was around for the 2nd birth. Just because 1st delivery was vaginal birth and husband was in Nigeria.
Please do what is best for you. God is not a wicked God.

ReplyDeleteA neighbor of mine had a baby recently.. I wasn't aware sef because she goes to work early and arrive late at night.
A doctor friend of mine where she had her baby told me why we haven't visited her since she delivered and I told him none of us in the neighborhood knew she had delivered. And to think I always greet the husband everyday and always ask after the wife but this man no tell us say e wife don born because she had her baby through CS.. this is a week since she delivered and he just told us this morning screaming out his lungs that his wife just delivered. I just use corner eyes dey look am pretending I haven't heard.
According to d husband, d wife will be back tomorrow.

Does a man knows how it is to carry a baby to term not to now talk of taking advice from a pastor, all because he is a man of God, women, will they ever have sense, and the story goes on and on. What is wrong with CS, some women rather believe their pastors instead of a doctor, I’m sad, losing one’s womb is a huge loss, may God comfort and strengthen her, as for you man of God, stop advising women against CS, CS or natural birth, let’s reduce infant mortality among our women please

ReplyDeleteWould we go to a carpenter to fix our car or a gardener to do our taxes. People are in their specific industry for a reason. A pastor is not trained to deal with health matters so why would someone listen to their pastor and not a doctor. The mindset of people need to change, pastors are not medical professionals so stop taking your medical issues to them.
ReplyDeleteYou are not less of a woman because you had a c-section. Women are still dying daily all across Africa because they cannot get a c-section when needed. The Bible does not mention all the women who died during childbirth, why? Because the Bible does not cover the life of every Hebrew, just select ones and select stories. I am certain that women died in childbirth as much then as women have died in childbirth in every culture from the history of time. Use your brains.

ReplyDeleteThis stupidity has to stop. Nigerian Women Society need to embark on a public education campaign. A successful CS is like the “Hebrew women”. Why is it that it’s only Nigerian pastors that perform “miracles” but never go to pacelli school for the blind to open all the blind eyes? They are the only ones whose January one “prophecy” covers as far as the US, Uzbekistan etc but not Aso Rock? The reason is simple, it’s a psychological way of projecting spiritual power. The biblical prophecies were directed at specific situations and people, nobody is a global prophet for $ and £!
ReplyDeleteFor those reading this, the wrong notion about CS is recent and wicked and in my opinion is fueled in part by the fear of falling into the hands of greedy incompetent physicians but there are choices of clinics so attend prenatal after researching the clinic and OB/Gyn.
There are too many charlatans parading as God’s messengers and too many ignorance ravaged brains riddled with poverty willing to get brainwashed. I had my kids by CS and they are all out of college working with big corporations. The ones by cs don’t even know nor does it matter!
Religion including Christianity when perverted is very wicked that is why as followers of Jesus we must shun religion. Jesus did not die to start a religion but a way of abundant life and eternal hope.
Religion is what made folks fly planes to kill 3000+they did not even know in hopes of a perverted afterlife with sex orgies of 72 virgins, a debased notion of women as entertainment materials in their brainwashed minds. Religion is why some are willing to die for trump who has admitted never asking God for forgiveness in his 74 years on earth and admitted he rarely reads the Bible! Religion is not the same as serving God or living for him. It is man made and very cruel.
Try having a breech baby with legs coming out without CS. May God give us wisdom and knowledge.
