Our leaders are the major reason Nigerian's don't believe in the existence of covid 19. The virus now has double standard. It can affect the garthering of the poor but can't affect that of the rich. Recently (30th of December precisely) one of our law makers decided to give his father a second burial. Since his village is close to mine, and I was in the village, I decided to take a stroll. You won't believe the crowd that was there. He enforced the no mask no entry policy but trust Nigerian as soon as you pass the gate, you wear your mask the niaja style ( on the chin) the most annoying part was that the governor of the state, who has been threatening lock down was in attendance and nothing was said about the crowd. So how do you expect people to physical distance, even a governor does not do or say anything about such crowd...
