DeleteAll the people who I know of who did this surgery have had success. You will have to adhere to a good diet afterwards so that there is no reoccurence. From what I have seen a diet high in vegetables and fruits and lower on meat and carbs seem to be it. Keep away from anything that has estrogen in it,also soy. You should not be consuming soy in any capacity, that includes soy sauce, soy lecithin, soy protein, soybeans, soy milk and soybean oil.. etc.

DeleteFor the anxiety feelings,I really know how draining it is.Because I had serious anxieties in the heat of the pandemic.It was a long process of taking control of my own mind and thoughts,and learning how to calm down and relax.Talking to someone encouraging also helps.I wish I could send a voice note.You will be fine dear.

Type your message but don't send yet. Give it a few minutes and read it over. Now remove every word or sentence that does not add any extra meaning to the actual msg you intend to communicate. You can do this as many times as you wish before sending it.

ReplyDeleteI thought yesterday was Thursday, now my mood is messed up cos I can't come to terms with the error and it's consequences on the plans I've made for today. It's annoying. Can't sleep. Also love sick. My boyfriend is a good guy but not and never emotionally available. He can't even hug or kiss or cuddle. But once in a while, when I insist, he goes out of his way to do it just to satisfy me. But I've unconsciously started cheating on him with a guy I'm doing business with. Though just on phone for now. I told the guy I have a boyfriend though. He says he'll back off but we still check on each we'reother like the only ones and there's no triangle. I can't tell my boyfriend, it will break his heart. I really would prefer to tell him cos that's our agreement, we don't hide things but he's not strong enough to take this. Now I've murdered sleep. I'm feeling anxiety, I'm lovesick and I'm not happy. And NO, I don't plan to leave my boyfriend for the angel I don't know.

My Aunt had cervical cancer and had her cervix removed to be on the safe side. Her daughter my cousin had breast cancer in one and decided to remove the 2. To be safe. So u too need to be on the lookout and go for constant cjecks

ReplyDeleteSurvival rates for breast cancer are good these days. Did they do biopsy of the axial lymph nodes? Have they done MRI and cat scan if liver and other organs? Do they know if it is estrogen dominator not? Having the answers to these questions will make it possible for you to do proper research. However, if the cancer has not spread and localized to the breast then longterm survival is very high. Yes, it is frightening to hear, but 80 yr olds are doing surgery and chemo and surviving.

ReplyDeleteYou have to be strong for her. It is going to be a long journey but God will make it shorter. She needs all the love and encouragement she can get. Depending on how long the treatment will last, it can be tiring but you have to always stay positive. When you feel weary, talk yourself out of it. Music helps if you love music. Her support system must be strong. Do not be ashamed to ask for donations publicly if need be. Cancer treatment costs money. Nigerians can be kind when it comes to illness. Her diet too will be somewhat expensive too. In all, let God take centre stage. God grant her quick recovery and strengthen your family.
