      My dear Esoge, if you must have sleepless nights, headaches, not eating well then you are just suffering for nothing oooo. That's not the road to success. Success comes with everything this actress said ( in few words smart work) but you must also prioritize your health, rest, mental health and peace of mind if not you will just die of high blood pressure or any other ailment before your time, without having achieved anything. Take it easy dear. I'm sure you will achieve whatever you've set your mind to achieve. I wish you the best.
